摘要: The invention is a sunscreen cosmetic containing (a) a specific hydrophobic zinc oxide powder, (b) decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and (c) an alkyl trimethicone having 6 to 12 carbons. Hydrophobic powder that has the noticeable effects of low oil absorption and a low apparent specific volume is stably blended into a sunscreen cosmetic as a UV radiation dispersing agent to produce a sunscreen cosmetic that has remarkably improved ease of washability after use.

摘要: The present invention provides an O/W emulsified composition which contains an organic UV absorber in an oil state such as octocrylene and a solid organic UV absorber, and is excellent in UV protection ability, formulation stability, and feeling in use. 摘要: The cosmetic of the present invention is a cosmetic that alleviates skin irritation by blending in polypropylene glycol, a specific polar oil, or polybutylene glycol, as well as an ultraviolet absorbent. The present invention also relates to an agent and a method for alleviating irritation by lipophilic drugs. Since the present invention alleviates skin irritation due to ultraviolet absorbents and lipophilic drugs in cosmetics, any amount of ultraviolet absorbents and lipophilic drugs can be blended in cosmetics, and therefore cosmetics that can fully manifest their effects can be provided. Also, it is possible to prepare a safe sunblock cosmetic with superior ultraviolet protection effects because the ultraviolet absorbent is not absorbed through skin.

摘要: The present invention provides an oil-in-water cosmetic excellent in emulsion stability. The oil-in-water cosmetic includes (a) oil-droplet particles consisting of an oil component to be emulsified; (b) vesicle particles for stabilizing the oil-droplet particles; and (c) an aqueous phase containing water and a monohydric aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. It is preferred that the vesicle particles are formed with an amphiphilic substance which spontaneously forms vesicle particles, and that they are localized on surfaces of the oil-droplet particles. It is preferred that the amphiphilic substance be a polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative represented by the following formula (1), wherein E=L+M+N+X+Y+Z, and that said E which represents the average addition mole number of ethylene oxide is 10 to 20.

The composition contains (A)-(E) ingredients, where (A) ingredient is a higher aliphatic alcohol, (B) ingredient is an anionic surfactant, (C) ingredient is a cationic surfactant, (D) ingredient is water, (E) ingredient is an oil component. The blend ratio of (B) ingredient is 1-15 times of the blend ratio of (C) ingredient in terms of the mole ratio.

摘要: This invention relates to an oil-in-water-in-oil (O/W/O) type multiple emulsion which contains an inner oil phase, a water phase, and an outer oil phase. The inner oil phase is first dispersed in water to form an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion. Then, the O/W emulsion is further dispersed in the outer oil phase to form the O/W/O type multiple emulsion. The outer oil phase contains an organophilic clay mineral, which can effectively prevent the inter-mixing of the inner oil phase with the outer oil phase, thus, producing an O/W/O type multiple emulsion with excellent storage stability. Upon the using of an oil-soluble compound in the inner oil phase, this multiple emulsion system can prevent the oil-soluble compound from being oxidized. In addition, since different kinds of oils can be selected for the making of the inner and outer oil phases, respectively, the O/W/O type multiple emulsion system allows one to present two different kinds of oils, which have different properties independent from each other, in one emulsion system.

摘要: The present invention provides an oil-in-water cosmetic excellent in emulsion stability.
