摘要： It is checked whether or not information requested in an information request is present in a message sharing/storing unit which stores information provided from an information provider and accessibility information setting an information requester which is allowed to access the information. It is also determined whether or not the information requester can access information requested in an information request message based on the accessibility information. When it is determined that the information requested in the information request message is already registered in the message sharing/storing unit and the information requester can access the information, information on a request-reply-message to the information requester is created based on the information in the message sharing/storing unit.
