摘要: A flash and upset material formed in a flash welding operation can be removed by a machining of the flash and upset material for a short time after the welding operation by providing a workpiece clamping function by a main clamp and providing a welding current feeding function by an electrode table. The main clamp is heavy whereas the electrode table is light so as to be easily movable, whereby the electrode table in the light weight can be backwardly shifted for a short time after the welding operation and a space for inserting a tool holder equipping with a tool for machining a flash and upset material, is formed near the welded line. Since the flash and upset material can be machined during the time maintaining the softness of the flash and upset material at relatively high temperature for a short time, the machining can be attained by only pair of tools.

摘要: A method for developing light-sensitive silver halide photographic materials, in a compact automatic developing machine, comprising transporting the light-sensitive silver halide photographic materials to a processing tank which contains a processing solution for processing an exposed light-sensitive silver halide photographic material. The processing tank includes a processing portion, and a receiving portion for receiving a solid processing agent. A solid processing agent is supplied to the receiving portion of the processing tank based on information on the amount of processing of the light-sensitive silver halide photographic materials. The solid processing agent is preferably in the form of tablets which contain all components necessary to process the light-sensitive silver halide photographic material. The processing solution is circulated between the processing portion and the receiving portion at a flow rate of not less than 0.5 times the processing tank volume per minute.

摘要: A method for processing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed. Fogging caused by the color developer contaminated by heavy metal ions is surpressed by the processing method. The processing method is excellent in the point that stable photographic propertied can be obtained for long while of running. The processing method comprises a step for developing with a color developer an imagewise exposed light-sensitive material which comprises a support and a photographic layer being provided on the support and including at least one silver halide emulsion layer, wherein the photographic layer has a swelling ratio within the range of from 1.5 to 3.5 and the silver halide emulsion layer comprises a silver halide emulsion having a silver chloride content of not less than 90 mole %, and the developing step is performed for a time of not less than 90 seconds with a color developer containing a compound represented by the following Formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group provided that R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are not hydrogen atoms at the same time, and R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be combined to form a ring.
