The door comprises a door body (15), an outer cover member (27) which covers at least a part of the outer surface (53) of the door outer panel (21) of the door body, and a seal member (28). The outer cover member comprises an outer cover body (165) which covers the outer surface of the door outer panel, an extension section (164) which is extended further toward the outside than an edge (163) of the door body, and a closed cross-section section (166) which is formed in a closed cross-sectional shape on the rear surface (177) of the extension section. The seal member is attached to the closed cross-section section.

摘要： A headrest of a head protective type including a trim cover assembly having: a head receiving area against which a head of rear-seat occupant is to be struck in a collision case; and an impact absorbing frame disposed within the trim cover assembly. 摘要： A method of assembling a vehicle seat by bonding adhesively a trim cover assembly to a preformed foam cushion member. In the assemblage, a location board having a serrated part on its side is sewn to the trim cover assembly such that the serrated part projects from the reverse surface of cover assembly, and such assembly is turned over and placed on a lower die having a location groove which includes a vertically curved part. The location board is fitted and bent vertically along such location groove, which permits bonding of the cover assembly neatly over the uneven surface of cushion member, without slack and wrinkles, when pressing the cushion member against the cover assembly by means of an upper die.
