    摘要: A plane transformer has both a primary plane coil and secondary plane coils fitted in a fitting groove formed on a substrate composed of a magnetic substance. At least either of the primary plane coil and the secondary plane coils is separated into two, so that an output voltage is variably controlled by changing the numbers of turns of the primary and secondary plane coils. The plane transformer can be small in size and thickness, reduces generated heat, and hardly emits electromagnetic noises.

In the separate type magnetic shield apparatus, first and second conductors 10a and 10b extending in the longitudinal axial line direction are provided on a curved magnetic shield outer side wall 3 of a first magnetic shield side wall body 2A at up and down symmetrical positions relative to the longitudinal plane Hp passing through the longitudinal axial line of the cylindrical space S to cause current to flow therethrough; first and second conductors 10c and 10d extending in the longitudinal axial line direction, on the curved magnetic shield outer side wall 3 of the second magnetic shield side wall body 2B, at up and down symmetrical positions relative to the horizontal plane Hp passing through the longitudinal axial line of the cylindrical space S to cause current to flow therethrough; and magnetic fluxes H coming horizontally to the first magnetic shield side wall body 2A and to the second magnetic shield side wall body 2B are deflected up and down by means of magnetic fields produced around the first and second conductors 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d, thereby preventing magnetic fluxes from flowing into the cylindrical space S.

    摘要: A magnetic shielding system includes a magnetic ribbon arranged at the cylindrical shape. The easy axis of magnetization of said magnetic ribbon corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the magnetic ribbon and the axial direction of the said cylindrical shape is parallel or substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction. The magnetic shielding system comprises a coil for generating the magnetic shaking field in the magnetic ribbon, the winding direction of the coil is orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The magnetic path of the magnetic shaking field is closed by arranging the magnetic ribbons so as to close the coil.

    摘要: Wiring patterns 50, 60 are formed in zigzag fashion on respective ones of both sides of a flexible insulating sheet 70. The wiring patterns 50, 60 include linear portions 50C, 60C and arcuate portions 50A, 60A, respectively. The linear portions 50C and the linear portions 60C overlap. The arcuate portion 60A is situated between two arcuate portions 50A that neighbor each other. One end of each of the wiring patterns 50, 60 is connected to a detection circuit 75 which detects a change in inductance. The other ends of the wiring patterns 50, 60 are connected together through a through-hole 70A. The sheet 70 is disposed in such a manner that the linear portions 50C, 60C will perpendicularly intersect the direction of stress, which is to be measured, acting upon a member 80 undergoing measurement. The sheet 70 and the wiring patterns 50, 60 construct a detection coil 71. An AC excitation current flows through the detection coil 71. When stress is applied to the member 80 undergoing measurement, the permeability of the member changes and so does the inductance of the detection coil 71.

    摘要: An apparatus for measuring a weak magnetic field in a background D.C. magnetic field such as the earth's magnetic field or the like includes a magnetic pickup portion that is supported by a support mechanism which does not impede minute movement in the x- and y-axis direction. A pair of A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields whose directions of gradients are parallel to the x-axis and y-axis, respectively, are used for obtaining reference signals for sensing the position of the pickup portion. The frequencies of the A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields are set to be sufficiently higher than the frequency of the weak magnetic field that is to be measured. The A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields are provided by A.C. current flowing in two pairs of linear conductors which are perpendicular to each other.

    摘要: The magnetic shield device including a plurality of concentrically arranged open-ended cylinders having a magnetic shaking applied thereto. A rectangular magnetic ribbon is fixed on the innermost cylinder such that a longitudinal direction of the ribbon is in parallel with or substantially in parallel with a circumferential direction of the cylinder to obtain a large magnetic shielding enhancement on a transverse direction, and a coil is wound around the innermost cylinder for supplying a magnetic shaking current. A rectangular magnetic ribbon is fixed on at least one cylinder except for the innermost one such that a longitudinal direction of the ribbon is in parallel with or substantially in parallel with an axial direction of the cylinder to obtain a large magnetic shielding enhancement on the axial direction, and a coil is wound around the cylinder for supplying a magnetic shaking current. A leakage of the magnetic shaking fields can be minimized and a high magnetic shielding enhancement on both the axial and circumferential directions can be attained. At least one cylinder is made of a magnetic material, and axial length and diameter of cylinders are suitably adjusted to attain a uniformity of a leakage magnetic field within the cylinder can be improved while a sufficiently high shielding factor is remained.

An exciting coil has a first winding that is wound on two adjacent legs of the core, and a second winding connected to the first winding and wound on the other two adjacent legs in the direction opposite to the winding direction of the first winding. A detecting coil has a structure similar to that of the exciting coil, and oriented orthogonally thereto. The sensor is disposed adjacent to a rotary shaft such that a long side of each winding of the exciting coil is parallel to the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The core is-produced by forming a cruciform groove in a rectangular parallelepiped core block from one face.
