    摘要: In order to place restrictions on an originating side itself freely selecting an anonymity level on the originating side, a communication establishment device (130), which forms an anonymous communication system, determines whether or not an anonymity level designated by an originating terminal is allowable based on a restrictive condition on anonymity levels, upon receiving from the originating terminal a request for communication connection, in which a destination terminal is designated. When it is determined that the anonymity level is not allowable, the communication establishment device (130) forcibly changes the anonymity level to an allowable anonymity level, and establishes a communication session between the originating terminal and the destination terminal based on the changed anonymity level of the originating terminal.

Here, a content object data input unit obtains an externally-input content object. The content object is stored in a content object data retention unit, if necessary. The content object includes a reproduction rule and a content data. A reproduction rule evaluation and execution unit obtains the reproduction rule in the content object and performs processing in accordance with the reproduction rule. The reproduction unit reproduces a reproducible data specified by the reproduction rule evaluation and execution unit. An identifier management unit retains an identifier of a content object reproduction device and provides the identifier upon request. It is thus possible to reproduce in accordance with the reproduction rule set in the content object data and to control the reproduction procedure depending on the dynamic condition.

    摘要: A data transmission system includes a server and a terminal which communicates with the server. The server includes a key storage unit, data encryption unit, key transmission unit, and server encrypted-data transmission unit. The key storage unit stores a plurality of keys to encrypt data. The data encryption unit generates a plurality of encrypted data by encrypting data with the plurality of keys stored in the key storage unit. The key transmission unit transmits in advance, to the terminal, one key to decrypt one of the encrypted data generated by the data encryption unit. The server encrypted-data transmission unit transmits, to the terminal, the encrypted data generated by the data encryption unit. The terminal includes a decryption unit which decrypts the encrypted data transmitted from the server with a key transmitted in advance from the server. A data transmission method, data transmission server, data reception terminal, and recording medium are also disclosed.
