    摘要: A magnetron includes: an anode cylinder including anode vanes provided at a predetermined interval on an inner peripheral surface thereof; a center lead including a first linear portion, a second linear portion disposed parallel to the first linear portion and disposed out of alignment with the first linear portion in a plane perpendicular to an axial direction of the anode cylinder, and a bent portion which connects the first linear portion to the second linear portion; and a cathode filament supported by the center lead within the anode cylinder and placed coaxially with the anode cylinder. The center lead is formed so as to become bent between the first linear portion and the second linear portion by the bent portion. A position of one anode vane closest to the bent portion is higher than a position of another anode vane with respect to the axial direction.

    摘要: Performance degradation of a magnetron is prevented by preventing a cylinder part of a metal sleeve from sinking in a recess of a pole piece even when subjected to a high pressure in the case of handling or assembly. The magnetron of the invention includes: an anode cylinder which has a cylindrical shape with both ends opened and which includes a plurality of vanes radially arranged on an inner wall surface thereof; a cathode structural body arranged inside the anode cylinder in an axial direction of the anode cylinder; a pair of pole pieces which is positioned in openings of the both ends of the anode cylinder and which forms a static magnetic field along the axial direction of the anode cylinder in an active space formed between the cathode structural body and the vanes; a pair of annular magnets arranged outside the pair of pole pieces; a magnetic yoke which is positioned outside the pair of annular magnets and forms a magnetic path for generating the static magnetic field in the active space together with the pair of pole pieces and the pair of annular magnets; and metal sleeves which are positioned outside the pair of pole pieces and configured to air-tightly seal the anode cylinder and each of which includes a cylinder part, a flange part continuous with the cylinder part, and a plurality of protrusions provided on a portion in which the cylinder part continues with the flange part.

    摘要: To provide a magnetron capable of suppressing generation of a reactive current and noise thereby improving oscillation efficiency, and a device using microwaves which includes the magnetron. A magnetron of the present invention includes: an anode cylinder including a plurality of anode vanes provided at a predetermined interval on an inner peripheral surface thereof; a center lead including a first linear portion, a second linear portion which is disposed parallel to the first linear portion and which is disposed out of alignment with the first linear portion in a plane perpendicular to an axial direction of the anode cylinder, and a bent portion which connects the first linear portion to the second linear portion; and a cathode filament which is supported by the center lead within the anode cylinder and which is placed coaxially with the anode cylinder. The center lead is formed so as to become bent between the first linear portion and the second linear portion by the bent portion. A position of one anode vane closest to the bent portion is higher than a position of another anode vane with respect to the axial direction of the anode cylinder.

A cushioning material 25 is interposed in the gap to fix the cooling block 22 relatively to the magnetic yoke 20 by screws. Thus, even when metals having a large difference in tendency of ionization are used in the cooling block 22 and the magnetic yoke 20, the corrosion of the metals hardly arises. Further, the cushioning material 25 is provided in the gap between the cooling block 22 and the magnetic yoke 20, so that an impact or vibration to an anode tubular member 10 can be mitigated and the disconnection and deficiency of the filament of a cathode structural member can be reduced. Further, since a dimensional unevenness of the cooling block 22 or the magnetic yoke 20 can be absorbed by the cushioning material 25, the dimensional accuracy of parts does not need to be improved to make an assembly easy.

    摘要: In the capacitor, an insulating structural member 28 is arranged on an earth metal fitting 27. In the earth metal fitting 27, two sets of cylindrical-shaped portions 26 are separately arranged in an interval, and a floating portion 27a is formed. The insulating structural member 28 is arranged opposite to the floating portion 27a of this earth metal fitting 27 in such a manner that both a concave portion 28a and a convex portion 28b are formed on the insulating structural member 28 to be fitted to the cylindrical-shaped portion 26. Since a feedthrough conductor 29 penetrates a through hole 30 of the insulating structural member 28, the earth metal fitting 27, the insulating structural member 28, and the feedthrough conductor 29 are positioned with each other. Then, one opening portion 31a of an insulating case 31 is fitted into the floating portion 27a of the earth metal fitting 27. One opening portion 32a of an insulating cover 32 is fitted on the rear side of the floating portion 27a of the earth metal fitting 27 in such a manner that this opening portion 32a surrounds the feedthrough conductors 29 on another side of the earth metal fitting 27. An insulating resin 33 has been filled in such a way that this insulating resin 33 embeds therein a peripheral portion of the penetration portion of the feedthrough conductor 29.
