    摘要: An inspection system comprises: a radiation source; a detector configured to detect a signal when radiation emitted by the radiation source acts on the inspected object; and a processor in communication connection with the radiation source and configured to determine at least one periodic radiation combination corresponding to a type of the object according to the type of the object, select periodic radiation combinations respectively corresponding to at least two different portions of the object in the at least one periodic radiation combination, and cause the radiation source to emit radiation to the at least two corresponding different portions in selected periodic radiation combinations during the time that the object is scanned, wherein a periodic radiation combination is a chronological arrangement of at least one radiation pulse output by the radiation source in each scanning period.     摘要: An injection locked magnetron system based on filament injection is provided, which includes a magnetron, an excitation cavity, and a load. The magnetron is installed on the excitation cavity and connected to the excitation cavity, the excitation cavity is detachably connected to the load, the magnetron is provided with an injection antenna, and the injection antenna is used to receive an injected external signal and couple the injected external signal into the magnetron for realizing injection locking. The injected external signal is injected by a monopole antenna, and coupled into the magnetron resonant cavity through a magnetron filament, and the output microwave of the magnetron is output through the excitation cavity, and passes through the waveguide directional coupler, and is finally absorbed by the load, such that the output microwave of the magnetron can be locked by the injected external signal.

    摘要: Magnetron, magnetron sputtering chamber, and magnetron sputtering apparatus are provided. The magnetron has a rotation center, and includes a first outer magnetic pole and a first inner magnetic pole of opposite polarities. The first outer magnetic pole has an annular structure around the rotation center. The first inner magnetic pole is located on the inner side of the first outer magnetic pole, and a first magnetic field track is formed between the first inner magnetic pole and the first outer magnetic pole. A straight line starting from the rotation center and along one of the radial directions passes through the first magnetic field track at least twice in succession, and the magnetic-field directions at the two positions of the first magnetic field track that the straight line passes through twice in succession are opposite to each other.

    摘要: Pulsed radiation is generated at a power level that depends on a voltage level, frequency and duty cycle of a pulsed high voltage. A pulsing switch generates the pulsed high voltage from a high voltage and a pulse control signal. The pulsing switch has first and second bi-polar active switches connected in series between a high voltage conductor and a ground conductor. The pulsed high voltage is produced at a connection between the first and second bi-polar active switches when the first and second bi-polar active switches are repeatedly pulsed on and off to alternatingly connect the high voltage conductor and the ground conductor to a pulsed voltage output.
