The active vibration-isolating device of the invention is used for preventing vibrations due to ground motions or running of an automobile from being propagated to a platform which is disposed in, for example, a semiconductor device factory or a laser device factory, and on which various kinds of equipment are to be mounted, and also from causing the platform to vibrate. The device has: an air spring which elastically supports a platform; a piston-like member which abuts against and supports the platform; plural piezoelectric actuators which can be externally controlled; a working fluid such as an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol which transmits driving displacements of the piezoelectric actuators to the piston-like member via piston members which are respectively fixed to ends of the piezoelectric actuators in a driving direction x; and a fluid path in which the working fluid is hermetically filled. The load of equipment mounted on the platform is shared by the air spring and the piston-like member, thereby enabling the spring rate to be reduced. Therefore, the resonance frequency can be set lower. As a result, vibration-isolating performance and vibration-damping performance can be surely adequately exerted on vibrations in a wide frequency range including a low-frequency region, and a wide load range.

There are provided a hydraulic antivibration device and an assembly incorporated thereby capable of obtaining a low dynamic spring characteristic upon input of relatively small amplitude vibrations and reducing sufficiently strange sounds. The low dynamic spring characteristic is obtainable by absorption of hydraulic pressure fluctuations between both liquid chambers 6A, 6B due to reciprocating displacement of an elastic partition membrane 10. A first and a second attachment fittings 1, 2 are constituted respectively as body frame side coupling means and as vibration generator or engine side coupling means, whereby part of a vibration transmitting path from partitioning means 7 to the body frame BF can be formed by a vibration-isolating base 3. Consequently, even when a vibration is generated by impingement of an elastic partition membrane 10 of the partitioning means 7 on plate members, it is possible to suppress securely transmission of the vibration to the body frame by vibration-insulating effect of the vibration-isolating base 3, thus reducing greatly generation of strange sounds.

A vibration-proof apparatus comprising: a coupling member (10) consisting of a resin material and provided with leg part (13) in which thin and thick elastic members (45, 46), which are vulcanized and bonded to short-axis and long-axis attachment bracket members (50, 51), are press-fitted, and also with a main body part (11) which is formed so as to be continuous with the leg parts; a vibration-proof base (40) for connecting an inner cylinder (30) to the main body part (11) of the coupling member (10) and consisting of a rubber-like elastic body. The direction of the axes of press-fitting holes which are formed in the leg parts (13) and into which both the elastic members (45, 46) are press-fitted and the direction of the axis of the inner cylinder (30) are configured to be parallel to each other, and as a result, when the vibration-proof apparatus (1) is removed from the resin die after the coupling member (10) is injection-molded, the vibration-proof apparatus (1) can be drawn in the same direction. Thus, the structure of the resin die can be simplified by simplifying the separation structure of the resin die.
