摘要： An optical scanning device corrects a scanning line curvature and prevents image quality degradation, while spatially separating a plurality of light beams at oblique angles of incidence despite its compact magnifying optical scanning device construction. The optical scanning device directs, to the deflection surface of an optical deflector via a cylindrical lens, the plurality of light beams emitted by a light source having a plurality of light emission sections, guides, via an f.theta. lens system to a surface being scanned, the plurality of light beams deflected by the optical deflector so that the plurality of light beams scan the surface being scanned. The f.theta. lens system has a plurality of rotationally asymmetrical lenses, the optical axes of which are substantially parallel with the light beams incident on the respective lenses, and each of the generatrices that connect the vertices of a radius curvature on a lens surface in the sub scanning direction of the rotationally asymmetrical lenses is curved in a sub scan direction.

摘要： A color image reading apparatus comprises at least three line sensors arranged at regular intervals along the main scanning direction, an imaging optical system for focussing a light beam on the line sensors, and a diffraction grating for separating a light beam coming from a color image into a plurality of light beams having respective wavelengths different from each other. The imaging optical system includes at least one lens and the optical axis of the lens is eccentrically disposed relative to that of the optical system as a whole so as for the plurality of light beams to be focussed on the respective line sensors.

摘要： In an automobile vehicle, fuel injection pulse outputted from an electronic control unit of an engine is transformed into a voltage value as a primary source. The voltage values is transformed by the convolution sum process and synthesized into a sound to cancel the engine noise. The synthesized sound is outputted through the speaker in the passenger compartment. On the other hand, the reduced noise sound is detected as an error signal by the microphone. The error signal is inputted to an LMS circuit where the filter coefficient is updated in accordance with both inputted error signal and the primary source. Since the fuel injection pulse before the combustion stroke is used, the noise sound can be precisely and immediately reduced even in the transient conditions of the vehicle operation.
