    摘要: A gas turbine performance analysis system includes a performance computation module for receiving an actual measured value of an inlet air temperature introduced to a compressor, a compressor pressure ratio, and a flow rate of fuel supplied to the gas turbine, and for calculating and outputting values of the gas turbine's power output and exhaust temperature based on these actual measured values. A performance estimation module evaluates the performance of the gas turbine based on the deviation between the values of power output and exhaust temperature outputted from the performance computation module and the actual measured values of power output and exhaust temperature. An adjustment module calculates a corrected value of the fuel flow rate based on the actual measured values of inlet air temperature, compressor pressure ratio and fuel flow rate, and inputs the corrected fuel flow rate value into the performance computation module.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for permitting temporary use of a telephone number which promptly permit temporary use of a different telephone number without requiring a telephone installation fee. Virtual telephone number notification unit assigns a virtual telephone number to a subscriber terminal at the request of the subscriber terminal, and virtual telephone number registration unit registers the thus-assigned virtual telephone number in association with connection information on the subscriber terminal. In response to call initiation by another subscriber terminal by means of the virtual telephone number, call connection unit refers to the virtual telephone number registration unit to read out the connection information associated with the virtual telephone number and, based on the connection information, connects the calling subscriber terminal to the first-mentioned subscriber terminal.

As a result, the subscriber may receive the telecommunication service that the subscriber subscribed, irrespective of the telecommunication service that the used terminal subscribes.

    摘要: In a method and device which prevent unnecessary accounting from being performed when a communication deteriorated state occurs in a mobile terminal, a communication deteriorated state is detected in a state where a location registration is performed to a mobile radio communication network, a duration of the communication deteriorated state is detected, and cut of the duration from a duration of accounting is notified to the mobile radio communication network. With the notification, the mobile radio communication network changes accounting for the mobile terminal in the communication deteriorated state. Also, as the above-mentioned communication deteriorated state, there is e.g. a call disable state, a communication disable state during a voice/packet communication, or a communication disconnection state.
