摘要： A diving pool allowing scuba diving to be easily and safely enjoyed, which comprises a pool bottom progressively becoming deeper from its periphery towards its center, a tower constructed on the pool bottom at a central deepest area and rising to a level above the pool surface, an artificial island formed at a level of the pool surface around the tower, and a deck above the level of the pool surface around the tower; wherein the diving pool can be further equipped, if desired, with a water stream generator adapted to generate a water stream and a wave generator adapted to generate waves in the pool.

摘要： A theft preventing system easy to operate and capable of implementing countermeasures to theft of a projection type image display device is provided. The projection type image display device is equipped with a unit for detecting a used condition of the device and a unit for registering a used condition of the device. By further equipping the device with a unit for inhibiting normal operations of the device in its used condition other than the registered condition, a simple and easy-to-operate unauthorized use preventing system can be realized and thus protection of the device against theft can be attained.

摘要： A projection type image display device provided with an unauthorized use preventing system includes a button unit or a remote controller for operating the display device, a condition memory for storing information indicating at least one use condition in an authorized use of the display device, a password memory for storing a password for releasing a restriction on the use of the display device, a detector for detecting a used condition of the display device at a power on timing, and a processor for imposing restrictions on the use of the display device when the use condition detected by the detector does not match the at least one use condition indicated by the information stored in the condition memory and for relieving the restriction based upon input of the password.

摘要： A modelling apparatus including a three-dimensional information input unit for measuring and inputting three-dimensional information concerning objects in a space. An environmental model processing unit constructs an environmental model for each object in the space by comparing prestored object data to the three-dimensional information. A picture composing unit composes an artificial picture from a specific viewpoint within the space according to the environmental model constructed by the environmental model processing unit. An analyzing unit validates the environmental model by comparing the artificial picture composed by the picture composing unit with the three-dimensional information from the specific viewpoint. An observation control unit controls the measurement and input operation of the three-dimensional information input unit according to the result of validation by the analyzing unit.
