    摘要: In a projection type display apparatus that projects an image by inputting a light beam emitted from a light source to a spatial light modulation device, it is intended to provide a lens array as a component of an illumination optical system that is low in manufacturing cost, provides high screen illuminance, and enables miniaturization of the projection type display apparatus. The dimension of the cell lenses of a second lens array is not uniform in one of the row direction and the column direction. Since the cell lenses are rectangular when viewed from the front side, the second lens array can be manufactured with a metal mold having a simple shape. The boundary lines between the cell lenses are straight and level differences at the boundary lines are small, sink marks of the second lens array are small, and the efficiency of utilization of light beams is high. Further, since the dimension of the cell lenses is not uniform in the other of the row direction and the column direction, the corresponding dimension of the second lens array can be reduced.

    摘要: The invention provides a photographic lens which uses a low-hygroscopicity resin lens component as a constitutional component, is made compact without incurring some expense, and enables the optical properties to be kept stable to an atmospheric humidity change. The photographic lens is of the single-focus or varifocallength type that comprises a plurality of lens components among which at least one or more lens components are resin lens components, wherein at least one of the resin lens components is formed of a low-hygroscopicity resin. For instance, the invention is applicable to a single-focus lens comprising four lens components, i.e., a positive meniscus lens component convex on the object side, a double-concave lens component, a double-convex lens component and a negative meniscus lens component convex on the image surface side. If a polyolefin type resin that is a low-hygroscopicity resin is used for the fourth lens component of this single-focus lens, it is then possible to obtain a single-focus lens which is of small size, inexpensive and stable in optical properties to an atmospheric humidity change.

Moreover, the objective lens has the first reflecting surface for erecting an image on the entrance side of the region of a space provided on the object side of the second lens unit to move lenses when a change of magnification is made, and the second reflecting surface for erecting the image between the third lens unit and an intermediate imaging plane. Thus, the finder optical system brings about a reduction of thickness of a camera body, favorable correction for aberration, and cost reduction.

    摘要: A zoom lens system having three lens units, that is, a negative lens unit, a positive lens unit, and a negative lens unit. The idea of floating system is introduced into the rear focusing system to minimize the degree of aberration fluctuation at a short object distance with a simple lens arrangement, thereby stabilizing the optical performance during focusing at a short object distance.
