摘要： Consumed hydrogen-off gas is discharged from a fuel cell via a hydrogen-off gas exhaust flow passage. Consumed oxygen-off gas is discharged from the fuel cell via an oxygen-off gas exhaust flow passage. The oxygen-off gas flowing through the oxygen-off gas exhaust flow passage and the hydrogen-off gas flowing through the hydrogen-off gas exhaust flow passage are mixed and diluted in a mixing portion. The gases mixed in the mixing portion flow into a combustor via a gas-liquid separator. The combustor, which includes a platinum catalyst, causes hydrogen contained in the mixed gases to react with oxygen by combustion and further reduces the concentration of hydrogen contained in the mixed gases. The mixed gases whose concentration of hydrogen has been reduced by the combustor is discharged to the atmosphere.

摘要： A noise eliminator for a fuel cell has a noise elimination chamber that is filled with a noise elimination material, and also has discharge gas flow piping penetrating the noise elimination chamber and having holes in the peripheral wall of the piping and through which gas charged from the fuel cell flows. An electrically conductive material is added to the noise elimination material. The construction suppresses electrostatic charging even if discharge gas flows in the discharge gas flow piping.

摘要： A fuel cell system of the present invention includes a fuel cell stack, a fuel system for supplying a fuel gas to the fuel cell stack, and on-off valves which form a closed space not including the fuel cell stack in the fuel system. The closed space is filled with an inspection gas from the on-off valve which functions also as an inspection gas inlet port. After completion of the inspection, the inspection gas in the closed space is discharged from the on-off valve which functions also as an inspection gas outlet port.
