This device is characterized in that it comprises a pouch handling device for removing the finished pouch from the pouch making device and a wrapping material handling device for handling the wrapping material during the U-shaped wrapping of the wrapping material, wherein the handling device and the wrapping material handling device are adapted such that the pouch held by the pouch handling device and the wrapping material held by the wrapping material handling device are introduced into the sealing station.

摘要: The present invention relates to a pouch and a method for making the same. In the inventive method, which is adapted to produce pouches having a limited amount of fusible material, a heat-sealable cord is arranged on a web forming confronting side surface of each pouch. Those confronting side surfaces are fused by heating the heat-sealable cord. The present invention furthermore provides a pouch, in particular containing a brewable or extractable commodity such as tea, with a pocket defined between confronting side surfaces of a web. The pouch of the present invention can have a limited amount of fusible material as the confronting side surfaces are joined by solidified melt of a heat-sealable cord arranged in vicinity of at least one edge of the pouch.

摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing a bag received in an envelope and containing a brewable material with a bag manufacturing means which is configured to manufacture a bag containing brewable material, and with a sealing station with a sealing jaw element and a counter-jaw element which act on the envelope from opposite sides to seal in the bag. The device is further developed for a reliable and safe manufacture of the packing unit consisting of a bag and an envelope by the sealing jaw element being fixed to a sealing jaw swivel arm at which a sealing jaw connecting rod is applied, and the counter-jaw element being fixed to a counter-jaw swivel arm at which a counter-jaw connecting rod is applied, and by the sealing jaw connecting rod and the counter-jaw connecting rod being each eccentrically connected to a common drive shaft of a servomotor. In the method according to the invention, the contact force between the sealing jaw element and the counter-jaw element is controlled via the torque of the servomotor actuating the sealing jaw element and/or the counter-jaw element.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for making pouches providing a continuous web; folding the web to provide confronting side surfaces joined along a bottom edge; forming a vertical seal between the confronting side surfaces, thereby providing a series of adjacent pockets having opposite side walls with each pocket having an unsealed opening along a top edge; filling the pockets through the unsealed opening with material; sealing the unsealed opening. In the inventive method, which facilitates handling of the continuous web forming the pouches, the web is perforated by a perforation between a leading length piece of the web adapted to form a leading pocket and a trailing length piece of the web adapted to form a trailing pocket, and the distance between a trailing edge of the leading length piece and a leading edge of a trailing length piece is increased for tearing the leading and the trailing lengths pieces apart at the perforation.
