Abstract: Methods and compositions for the treatment of Brucella induced diseases and disorders are disclosed herein. In preferred embodiments, the invention relates to vaccines. In further embodiments, the invention relates to modified strains of the bacteria Brucella melitensis and Brucella abortus.
