    摘要: The invention relates to a composite sheet. Provision is made for the composite sheet to comprise a polymeric base sheet and a polymeric varnish layer, said varnish layer havingan abrasion resistance, expressed as pencil hardness, of at least 4H; anda flexibility such that, when the composite sheet is bent around the two closely adjacent edges of a metal strip 100 μm thick, the varnish layer does not break or delaminate from the base sheet;and said varnish layer having the following optical properties:a transmittance at 400, 600 and 800 nm of at least 85%, determined by applying the varnish layer-forming formulation with a thickness of 5 μm to a slide, curing the varnish layer and determining the transparency of the slide with the varnish layer in comparison to an uncoated slide; anda turbidity of not more than 5%, determined by haze measurement.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing pressure-sensitive adhesives that have low or no anisotropy, the process elements including an adhesive supply system, an application unit and a placement element. A melt strip of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is produced between the outlet of the application unit and the point of placement on the placement element and is stretched. The invention is characterized by controlling the stretching of the pressure-sensitive adhesive in the free melt strip by adjusting an effective ration G which is defined as the ratio of the effective time Δt of the stretching to the stretching rate R, and which is adjust to a value of not more that 0.008 s2. The effective time Δt is defined by the formula 2 Lr/[vstrip (1+r)] wherein L is the length of the melt strip, r is the stretching ratio and vstrip is the speed of the melt strip and the stretching rate R is defined as a temporal derivative of the stretching ratio r.
