    摘要: A measuring device for measuring the envelope power and the mean-power value of a high-frequency signal. The measuring device includes a detector for detecting the high-frequency signal and for generating an analog detector signal, an analog/digital converter for generating a digital signal and an evaluation device for evaluating the digital signal. A dither supply device for the supply of a dither signal is disposed between the detector and the analog/digital converter, and a dither elimination device for eliminating the dither signal is disposed between the analog/digital converter and the evaluation device. The dither supply device supplies a different dither signal for the measurement of the envelope power than for the measurement of the mean-power value.

    摘要: A power sensor for measuring the average power of modulated or non-modulated high-frequency or microwave signals across a wide dynamic range is disclosed, in which a combination of the following features are used: a) the signal power to be measured is delivered to a first sensor branch for measuring said signal power in a lower power measuring range (−70 to −16 dBm), b) the sensor branch has several spatially separate measuring points on a connecting line between the input and a power splitter connected downstream; and, c) at the same time, the signal power to be measured is delivered to at least two other sensor branches by means of the power splitter with a largely load-independent synchronous output, via attenuators, in order to measure the signal power in at least two other power measuring ranges (−22 to +4 dBm or −2 to +20 dBm).

    摘要: A power-measurement device includes a power detector and a tempering device. The power detector is integrated on a monolithic chip as an integrated circuit. It converts a high-frequency test signal into a signal which displays the power of the high-frequency test signal. The power-measurement device further includes a signal input. In this context, the tempering device is arranged outside the monolithic chip on a side of the monolithic chip facing away from the integrated circuit. The signal input is connected to the power detector by a first line on a synthetic substrate. The signal input guides the high-frequency test signal to the power detector by the first line.
