摘要： A carriage body for a railroad vehicle, said carriage body having the following: a base, two lateral walls, each of which is connected to the base, at least two longitudinal supports, each of which lies in the transitional region of the base to the lateral wall on opposing sides of the carriage body and which extend in the longitudinal direction of the carriage body, and a coupling fixing device for fixing a coupling via which the carriage body can be connected to a carriage body of another carriage. The fixing device is arranged below the base, and a lower face of the fixing device is connected directly to the longitudinal supports via a connection.
