    摘要: A snow protection assembly is provided for a coupling region of a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle has, on an end face, a recess which protects against snow, in which recess a coupling of the rail vehicle is arranged. A fixed housing partially extends around the recess. The housing has an opening in the direction of travel of the rail vehicle, from which opening the coupling partially protrudes to enable a process of coupling to an additional rail vehicle. The opening of the fixed housing is peripherally fixedly connected to a first sealing element. A second sealing element is rotatably connected to the coupling, and the second sealing element partially extends around the coupling. The two sealing elements partially overlap in the region of the opening. The two sealing elements are coupled to one another by pressure to protect the opening against the ingress of snow.

The energy dissipation device comprises axially compressible, irreversibly deforming steel elements arranged in a housing and axially pre-tensioned between a compression means and a counter-pressure means. In case of an impact, the compression means is moving in sliding contact with the inside wall of the housing to provide axial compression of the energy absorbing elements while preserving the integrity of the housing.

    摘要: A coupler uncoupling control mechanism is provided in the present application, comprising an uncoupling cylinder, a propelling cylinder and a control assembly, wherein the propelling cylinder is connected to a first valve body, and the first valve body comprises a first air inlet connected to the main reservoir pipe of the train, a first air outlet communicated with the first air inlet, a second air inlet and a second air outlet communicated with the second air inlet; the first air outlet is communicated with the air inlet chamber of the propelling cylinder, and the second air inlet is communicated with the air outlet chamber of the propelling cylinder. The control assembly comprises a second valve body and the second valve body is a pneumatic control valve; the second valve body comprises a third air inlet communicated with the uncoupling pipe of the train, a third air outlet communicated with the third air inlet, and a first control port capable of controlling airflow communication between the third air inlet and the third air outlet after being triggered; and, the third air inlet is communicated with the air inlet of the uncoupling cylinder, and the first control port is connected to the first air outlet of the first valve body. The present application can ensure that electrical couplers are uncoupled successfully.

    摘要: A railroad car coupling system including a draft sill with front and rear stops, a coupler along with an energy management assembly for receiving and dissipating external forces experienced by the coupler. A yoke also forms part of the coupling system and is operably coupled to the coupler. The yoke includes top and bottom walls which each include two forward facing stops. A follower is mounted substantially between the top and bottom walls of the yoke for receiving forces experienced by the coupler. The follower is configured with two laterally spaced vertical extensions disposed toward opposed upper corners of the follower and two laterally spaced vertical extensions disposed toward opposed lower corners of the follower. Forward facing surfaces on the follower extensions arc arranged in generally coplanar relationship relative to each other. Rearward facing surfaces on the follower extensions are arranged in generally coplanar relationship with each other and operably engage with the forward facing stops on the yoke to enhance the distribution of forces when the follower engages the front stops on the center sill when the coupling system is in a full draft condition.

    摘要: Disclosed is a front installed suspension system having overload protection. The system comprises a mounting seat (1), a centring apparatus (2), a support apparatus (3) used for supporting a coupling buffer and a coupling end pin (4), wherein the mounting seat (1) is connected to a railway vehicle body, and the centring apparatus (2) and the support apparatus (3) are both installed on the mounting seat (1). The system further has a coupling connection seat (5) and an overload protection element (6), wherein the coupling connection seat (5) comprises a base and a coupling connection part connected as one with the base. The base is connected to a rear face of the mounting seat (1) by means of the overload protection element (6). The coupling connection part passes through a through hole (7) provided in the middle of the mounting seat (1) and is connected with the coupling buffer by means of the coupling end pin (4). The coupling connection part is closely fitted with the through hole (7). The front installed suspension system has a simple structure and is lightweight.
