摘要： The present invention relates to implantable devices, which are coated or coatable with liposomes. The present invention further relates to liposomes encapsulating nucleic acids termed lipoplexes, to methods for the manufacture and coating of such implantable devices, and to the use of such implantable devices to improve treatment of patients with coronary artery disease or other vascular diseases and cancers.
