摘要: A method for managing uplink carrier frequencies is provided, which is applicable to the field of communication. The method includes the following steps: A state switching response message sent by a UE is received, where the state switching response message includes a result of state switching performed by on a secondary uplink carrier serving cell; The result of the state switching is notified to a secondary uplink carrier non-serving cell in a secondary carrier active set through an RNC. A device and a system for managing uplink carrier frequencies are further provided. Through the method, device, and system provided in embodiments of the present invention, the uplink carrier frequencies are managed, so as to facilitate transmission of uplink data during multi-cell collaboration.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data retransmission method and user equipment, where the method includes: if a network indicates switching from a dual stream transmission mode to a single stream transmission mode, stopping data transmission of one data stream and clearing data in an HARQ process of the stopped data stream; or if a network indicates switching from a single stream transmission mode to a dual stream transmission mode, transmitting retransmission data in an HARQ process of the original data stream without changing the HARQ process number, and transmitting new data in the HARQ process of a new data stream; or using the retransmission data of the original data stream as new data to transmit in the HARQ process of either the original data stream or new data stream.

The method includes: performing, by a first device, compression processing on IP data in an IP data packet according to a first compression algorithm; and encapsulating, by the first device, the IP data after the compression processing into a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) data packet, where header information of the PDCP data packet includes identifier information, where the identifier information is used to indicate the first compression algorithm or indicate that the IP data is compressed.

摘要: A bandwidth configuration method includes: A terminal acquires that a narrow bandwidth mode is used at a network side by a downlink transmission signal and/or an uplink transmission signal; and the terminal configures a receiving bandwidth and/or a transmitting bandwidth, where the receiving bandwidth and/or the transmitting bandwidth corresponds to the narrow bandwidth mode at the network side. The terminal side can acquire whether the network side uses the narrow bandwidth technology, and automatically adjust a bandwidth of a corresponding channel at the terminal side when the network side uses the narrow bandwidth technology, so that intra-system performance loss and inter-system interference that are caused by different bandwidth modes between the terminal side and the network side are avoided, thus improving performance of a communication system.

The switching method according to the embodiments of the present invention includes: receiving from a base station a switching indication information that requires a UE to switch a TTI; sending to the base station a switching confirmation information with which the switching indication information is confirmed; and switching the TTI. The switching method according to the embodiments of the present invention includes: sending to a UE a switching indication information that requires the UE to switch a TTI; and receiving from the UE a switching confirmation information with which the switching indication information is confirmed. By using the switching method and device according to the embodiments of the present invention, the delay of switching the TTI can be shortened and the TTI can be switched quickly.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method, an apparatus and a system for informing a serving cell handover, which relate to radio communication technology, and can greatly reduce delay of the handover of the HS-DSCH serving cell, decrease the drop call rate, and enhance user's experience. The method for informing a serving cell handover includes: a radio network controller (RNC) sets up a radio link with a candidate cell, and sets configuration for the candidate cell during the process of setting up the radio link; the RNC sends configuration information of the candidate cell to user equipment (UE); and after acquiring an optimum cell, the RNC informs, through an Iub interface signaling message, a target base station of sending a serving cell handover instruction to the UE. The serving cell handover instruction instructs the UE to hand over to the optimum cell according to the configuration information. The present disclosure is suitable for occasions where the serving cell hands over in the radio network.
