摘要: A method in a controller controlling a dynamic power compensator. The dynamic power compensator is arranged to provide active and reactive power to an electric power system, the dynamic power compensator including a battery energy storage. The method includes the steps of: monitoring a state of charge of the battery energy storage; detecting a voltage level in the electric power system requiring increased delivery of the reactive power to the electric power system; and controlling the battery energy storage in dependence on the monitored state of charge and detected voltage level. The invention also relates to a controller, computer programs and computer program products.

摘要: The invention relates to a method in an electric power system including one or more power generation source(s) and a dynamic power compensator having a battery energy storage. The method includes the steps of: detecting a frequency disturbance within the electricity power system requiring an additional power generation source to be connected to the electricity power system in order to meet a power demand; and controlling the power output from the battery energy storage of the dynamic power compensator during start-up of the additional power generation source thereby limiting the frequency disturbance within the electric power system. The invention also relates to a controller, computer program, computer program products and electric power system.

摘要: A method is provided of adaptively controlling a paint system for painting vehicle bodies. The method includes the steps of obtaining an estimated Jacobian that identifies characteristics of the paint system and using the estimated Jacobian to determine initial conditions to be implemented for the next vehicle body to be painted in the paint system. The method also includes the steps of storing a database of appropriate initial conditions that resulted in satisfactory transient response in a rule-base and using the rule-base at start-up of the paint system or if the paint system fails to be satisfactorily controlled.

摘要: A multilevel session management protocol is provided to support communications mobility in a telecommunications system. A session is separated into two independent layers—a terminal session layer and an application session layer. A session management agent is implemented as a module operating locally in a wireless terminal. A second session management agent is implemented as a module operating remotely in the Internet. Any session management agent module can communicate with another session management agent module by use of the session management protocol. The two session management agent modules use a multiplexed TCP connection for conveying TCP data traffic therebetween. As such, the session management protocol can be used with any application that uses an Internet TCP as a transport protocol.

摘要: A device for placing portion packets of a product for oral use into a container includes a portion packet positioning unit configured to position the portion packets in relation to each other in the container, wherein the positioning unit includes a set of portion packet receiving compartments arranged in a certain pattern, each of the compartments having an entrance end allowing a portion packet to enter the compartment and, at an opposite side of the compartment, a retaining end preventing a portion packet from exiting the compartment in that direction. The positioning unit further includes a discharging member configured to discharge portion packets from the compartments to the container, wherein the compartments are associated with a supporting structure that retains the compartment pattern during operation of the device. A method an arrangement for placing portion packets of a product for oral use into a container using such device is described.
