    摘要: In a dishwashing system, a dishwashing machine (10) is provided to wash a rack holding thereon tableware in a washing chamber, a wagon (W) is provided to have therein plural stages of horizontal storage shelves in an up-and-down direction, and an elevator (E) is disposed between the wagon and the dishwashing machine. On the elevator (E), a drive control device is provided to move a ramp (56) of the elevator by a driving mechanism (60) toward a position facing to one of shelves of the wagon after the rack has been placed at a reference position of the ramp (56) by way of timing belts (57i) (57l), to drive the timing belts by a timing belt mechanism (57) so as to store the rack onto the shelf, to stop the timing belt mechanism upon completing storage of the rack and to drive the driving mechanism till the ramp reaches the reference position. These operations are repeated by the drive control device.

The electric control apparatus is further arranged to control the wash pump in response to finish in control of the rinse pump such that the wash arm directs jet stream of the wash water to the racked tableware and to again control the rinse pump in response to finish in control of the wash pump such that the rinse arm directs jet stream of the heated water to the racked tableware.

    摘要: A unit for sensing the complete freezing and depletion of water, associated with an ice product making machine or apparatus which is comprised of a freezing plate formed of a lower heat conducting material and arranged vertically with a plurality of vertically extending and being transversely spaced apart partitions on its front surface and with surface portions between the adjoining partitions defining freezing sections, and a freezing system including a compressor adapted for supplying the cooling medium in circulation through a cooling coil placed on the back surface of the freezing plate. The sensing unit has a thermostatic temperature sensor mounted in direct contact with the foremost part of at least one of the partitions. The thermostat contact and the cooling system are so constructed and arranged that termination of ice making, is sensed by the thermostat temperature sensor sensing the temperature of the ice-making water approaching 0.degree. C. and the depletion of water is also sensed by the thermostatic temperature sensor sensing an abrupt fall in temperature.

    摘要: A showcase where an illumination device is placed outside a receiving chamber to enable effective use of the space in the receiving chamber. The inside of an insulated box body (16) having front glass (18) fitted in a front opening (56) is defined to form a receiving chamber (52). An upper evaporator (34) is placed in an upper insulating layer (54) of the insulated box body (16) so as to be in contact with a cooling plate (62) defining the upper surface of the receiving chamber (52). An opening (64) is formed in that portion of the cooling plate (62) with which the upper evaporator (34) is not in contact, and a receiving space (66) is formed in that portion of the upper insulating layer (54) to which the opening (64) faces. A holder (78) is placed at the receiving space (66), and inside the holder (78) is received and fixed an LED illumination device (70). The opening (64) is closed by a cover (86) with packing (84) in between, and the inside of the holder (78) is maintained in a sealed state.

    摘要: A freezer machine includes a freezing vessel arranged to freeze an amount of water for ice or ingredients for ice cream or similar cold products introduced thereinto, a refrigeration circulation circuit including a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator coil arranged for thermal exchange with the freezing vessel, and a solenoid valve disposed within a bypass circuit connected in parallel with the refrigeration circulation circuit to supply therethrough the hot gas outflowing from the compressor directly into the evaporator coil when the solenoid valve has been energized. A power supply circuit for the freezer machine is designed to deactivate the compressor at a predetermined time before the end of ice or ice cream or cold product preparation, and to energize the solenoid valve in response to deactivation of the compressor.

    摘要: In the dishwasher, a washing water distribution pipe on which washing nozzles are installed is arranged within a washing chamber, and is connected removably to a first connecting pipe that communicates with the outlet side of a washing pump. In the same way, a rinsing water distribution pipe on which rinsing nozzles are installed is arranged within the washing chamber, and is connected removably to a second connecting pipe that communicates with the outlet side of a rinsing pump. These connections are made within a washing water tank in the bottom of the washing chamber, therefore the washing water distribution pipe and the rinsing water distribution pipe can be easily installed and removed from the washing chamber. Moreover, the washing water distribution pipe and the rinsing water distribution pipe are unitized, so handling is extremely easy.
