摘要： A sample material to be dehydrated is enclosed in a container transmissive to microwave and air is past through the container under a microwave radiation to preferentially remove the water content of the sample. The dehydrated sample may be incinerated by switching the air supply to an oxygen supply under the microwave radiation.

摘要： A continuous tritium radioactivity measuring system is disclosed, in which a sample gas containing tritium is mixed with hydrogen gas, water vapor and lower hydrocarbon gases with the assistance of a catalyst for causing an isotope exchange reaction between the tritium contained in the sample gas and hydrogen. The resultant tritium gas and lower hydrocarbons containing tritium are removed from the remaining hydrogen water, and radioactivity detection is performed thereon.

摘要： A liquid scintillator solution which consists essentially of a polyalkylene glycol derivative of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 to R.sup.5 are each a hydrogen atom, a straight chain or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a cyclohexyl group, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are each a hydrogen atom or a methyl group provided that both R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are not methyl groups, m is 0 or 1 and n is a value between 2 and 15; and a scintillator.
