A filter material has convex and concave crease portions alternately disposed along a first axis thereof and extending along a second axis thereof. The convex and concave crease portions define alternating convex and concave spaces therein. An elastic material fills at least a portion of at least one of said concave and convex spaces.

    摘要： A deodorizing air filter is capable of improving the strength and deodorizing ability while suppressing an increase of ventilation resistance and pressure loss. A filter body has a series of filter pieces which are formed into a zigzagged shape by folding along multiple folds of parallel lines of the filter element. The filter body is made of the deodorizing section and the filtering section formed alternatively, the filtering section of the air serves as a filter and deodorizer for the air, and the deodorizing section serves as a deodorizer for the air. As the deodorizing section does not serve as a filter, it is not necessary to make the pitch of each piece of the filtering section smaller. As a result, it is possible to suppress the increase of ventilation resistance and pressure loss.

    摘要： A supporting structure for supporting an air-cleaner assembly on a throttle body of an internal combustion engine provided with a fuel injector arranged at a center of an intake passage. A bridge member has at least two legs. The leg has one end fixed to the throttle body and the other end extending radially inwardly toward a central axis of the intake passage formed in the throttle body. The other ends of the legs are joined to each other at a joining portion. The joining portion is abutted against an end of the fuel injector opposite to a fuel injection port thereof. A fixing device cooperates with the bridge member to fix the air-cleaner assembly with respect to the throttle body.
