    摘要: There is provided a vector processor based on a pipeline control method in which a cyclic operation is divided into a plurality of stages and processed. This processor comprises a vector register controller for dividing an operating process into a plurality of fundamental process units and controlling these units, and a phase generator for allowing the vector register controller to time-sharingly make the vector processor operative. This vector processor reads out data from vector registers in which vector elements are stored, operates this data and writes the result of operation into the vector register. With this vector processor, a cyclic operation can be processed in parallel at a high speed without causing a remarkable increase in hardware.

    摘要: An electrically-conductive polymer having an improved heat resistance is provided. This polymer contains an electrically-conductive polymer matrix, a multivalent proton acid, and an aromatic compound. The cleavage reaction of the main chain of the electrically-conductive polymer matrix is suppressed. As the polymer matrix, a polymer of pyrrole, thiophene, or aniline, or one of derivatives of pyrrole, thiophene, or aniline is preferably used. As the multivalent proton acid, a proton acid having two or more hydrogen atoms such as sulfuric acid, citric acid, salicylic acid, oxalic acid, and phthalic acid in each molecule is preferably used. As the aromatic compound, a sulfonic acid having at least one sulfonic group in each molecule such as p-toluensulfonic acid, p-ethylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-pentylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-octylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-decylbenzenesulfonic acid, p-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid, 1-naphthalenesulfonic acid, 2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, and butyl naphthalenesulfonic acid is preferably used.

    摘要: First, an anode lead is led out of an anode member. Next, a dielectric film is formed at a surface of the anode member by anodic oxidation to form a capacitor element. Thereafter, a water-repellent agent is applied on a predetermined position of the anode lead. In succession, the capacitor element is immersed in an oxidant solution of a mixture solvent of alcohol and water, followed by drying. The capacitor element is then immersed in an alcoholic solution of a conductive polymeric monomer to polymerize a conductive polymer electrolyte on a surface of the capacitor element by chemical oxidation.

    摘要: A fabrication method of a solid electrolytic capacitor is provided, which decreases the leakage current of a solid electrolytic capacitor without deterioration of ESR. This method is comprised of the steps (a) to (e). In the step (a), a capacitor body is formed by a valve metal, the body serving as an anode of the capacitor. In the step (b), an oxide layer of the valve metal is formed to cover a surface of the capacitor body by anodic oxidation, the oxide layer serving as a dielectric of the capacitor. In the step (c), a layer of an organic conducting polymer is formed on the oxide layer, the layer of the organic conducting polymer serving as a solid electrolyte of the capacitor. In the step (d), the capacitor body with the oxide layer and the layer of the organic conducting polymer is immersed in a reoxidation solution, the reoxidation solution containing a mixture of water and alcohol or a mixture of water and ketone as a solvent. In the step (e), a voltage is applied to the capacitor body to reoxidize the oxide layer in the reoxidation solution by anodic oxidation, thereby healing defects of the oxide layer. The amount of alcohol or ketone is preferably 30 vol % to 50 vol %.
