摘要: A sound-absorbing material and a cable reel including the same are produced inexpensively and are able to attenuate sliding noise and vibration noise. A sound-absorbing material 20 is made of a polyethylene film 20a and is formed into a thin waved sheet having continuous wave crests and wave troughs. A synthetic paper 20b having a lubricative surface is attached to the wave crests on a front side of the polyethylene film 20a through an adhesive. As an air layer 21 is defined in a space surrounded by the wave crests and wave troughs, any sounds which are transmitted to the polyethylene film 20a collide on the wave crests and wave troughs thereby being effectively attenuated and absorbed. The sound-absorbing material 20 is struck on a bearing surface 12a of a stationary member 11 by way of an adhesive. A lateral lower edge of a flat cable 15 slides on the lubricative surface of the synthetic paper 20b, thereby suppressing generation of sliding noise. Vibration noise during an idling mode collides on the wave crests and wave troughs thereby being effectively attenuated and adsorbed.

摘要: A sound-absorbing material and a cable reel including the same are produced inexpensively and attenuates sliding noise and vibration noise. A sound-absorbing material 20 comprises a foam rubber 20a and a thin synthetic paper 20b having a smooth surface and laminated through an adhesive 20c on a top surface of the foam rubber 20a. The synthetic paper 20b can be easily attached to the foam rubber 20a by means of the adhesive 20c and is inexpensive in comparison with a conventional polytetrafluoroethylene resin sheet. The sound-absorbing material 20 is attached to a lower bearing surface 12a of a cable containing chamber 12 in a cable reel. The synthetic paper 20b of the sound-absorbing material 20 can attenuate a sliding noise which is generated when a flat cable 15 slides on the lower bearing surface 12a. The foam rubber 20a of the sound-absorbing material 20 can attenuate vibration noise which is generated by collision between a lateral lower edge of the flat cable 15 and the lower surface 12a when the flat cable 15 vibrates axially in the cable containing chamber 12 during driving. The synthetic paper does not interfere with a sound-absorbing function of the foam 20a since the synthetic paper is a low hardness.

摘要: A sound-absorbing material and a cable reel including the same is produced inexpensively and attenuates sliding noise and vibration noise. A sound-absorbing material 20 has a dual layer structure comprising an upper rubber sheet 20b and a lower rubber sheet 20a. A front side surface 20e of the lower rubber sheet 20a and a back side surface 20f of the upper rubber sheet 20b are provided with a number of protrusions 20c and 20d, respectively. The front side surface 20e is opposed to the back side surface 20f through the protrusions 20c and 20d. The upper and lower rubber sheets 20b and 20a are integrated together by interconnecting the peripheral edges of the sheets to form the sound-absorbing material 20. The sound-absorbing material 20 has a thickness of about 1.3 mm and an air layer 21 between the upper and lower rubber sheets 20b and 20a. Sounds transmitted to the sound-absorbing material 20 are struck at the protrusions 20c and 20d, are reflected on the protrusions irregularly, and are attenuated in the material 20.

摘要: A cable reel includes a sound-absorbing material which can effectively attenuate both sliding noise and vibration noise and can be produced inexpensively. The cable reel comprises a stationary member assembly and a movable member assembly rotatably mounted on the stationary member assembly. The stationary and movable member assemblies define a cable containing chamber having an annular configuration and upper and lower bearing surfaces. The cable containing chamber accommodates a flat cable in a coiled manner between the upper and lower bearing surfaces. Opposite ends of the flat cable are led out from the stationary and movable member assemblies through electrical means. The sound-absorbing material is made of a foam material and includes at least three straps. The straps extend radially and are equally spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction on at least the lower bearing surface of the cable containing chamber so that the flat cable slides on the straps of the sound-absorbing material.

摘要: A connector includes a connector housing having a cavity, a male terminal having a protruded portion, a sealing ring receiving recess included in the connector housing, a sealing ring arranged in the sealing ring receiving recess, and a retainer mounted in the connector housing and pressing the sealing ring from a front side of the protruded portion of the male terminal. The male terminal is housed in the cavity in a way that the protruded portion protrudes from the connector housing. The sealing ring receiving recess is located at a position corresponding to a base section of the male terminal that is on a side from which the protruded portion protrudes. The male terminal passes through the sealing ring such that it seals a space between the male terminal and an inner surface of the sealing ring receiving recess. The retainer includes an engagement portion engaged with the male terminal.

摘要: A transponder includes a CDR section that extracts clocks from an input signal, an oscillating section that can output various frequencies to the CDR section, a frequency instruction processing section that instructs the oscillating section to output an arbitrary frequency, a detection processing section, and a frame processing section control section. The detection processing section determines whether the frequency output from the oscillating section and an input signal synchronize in frequency or not in response to an instruction by the frequency instruction processing section, and detects a synchronization frequency. The frame processing section control section operates a frame processing section based on the synchronization frequency detected by the detection processing section.

摘要: A connector assembly is provided with a connector (first connector) to be mounted on a circuit board and a connector (second connector) for holding a flat cable flat wire member). When the two connectors are connected with each other, an end portion of the cable is inserted into the connector to bring conductors of the cable into contact with mating terminals. The connector is provided with a plate-shaped holder, and the cable is supported on this holder in such a state as to be displaceable in widthwise direction. On the other hand, the connector is provided with a pair of locking pieces as a positioning portion. When the two connectors are connected with each other, the respective locking pieces directly come into contact with the cable being inserted into the connector from widthwise outer sides, thereby positioning the cable with respect to the connector in widthwise direction. The respective conductors of the flat wire member can be more precisely and securely brought into contact with the mating terminals.
