The disclosure also provides a system for reporting fixed network access information, in which a reporting unit is configured to allow an Evolved Packet Data Gateway (ePDG) to report fixed network access information to a Policy and Charging Enforcement Function (PCEF), which notifies a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) of the fixed network access information. According to the disclosure, the fixed network access information can be reported, so that an S9* session still can be established even if the BPCF cannot be aware of access of the UE to the WLAN.

摘要： This disclosure discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for selecting a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity. The method comprises: when an IP Connectivity Access Network (IP-CAN) session is established for a User Equipment (UE), the Diameter Routing Agent (DRA) receives a message from a gateway, and selects the PCRF entity for the IP-CAN session according to the main identifier in the message, wherein the UEs sharing the subscription information have the same main identifier. This disclosure can solves the problem that a conflict is caused in PCC since different PCRF entities are used for the PCC when multiple users share the subscription information.

The Bearer Binding and Event Report Function (BBERF) in a visited network indicates gateway control session termination to the home PCRF through a visited PCRF after receiving a termination session triggering for determining to terminate a gateway control session between the BBERF in the visited network and the visited PCRF, and the home PCRF deletes policy control information related to the BBERF in the visited network. With the method of the present invention, the invalid session information in the home PCRF is cleared in time, which eliminates the redundancy of the home network resources and saves the home network resources.
