Abstract:
This invention is to provide a fuel-air separation structure improvement for engine blow-by, which features an extra oil recirculation tube set up in between the bottom of the fuel-air separator and the engine, where the flow connection of the oil recirculation tube is controlled by a check valve, and the direction of the check valve is enabled only in a unidirectional way, pointing from the fuel-air separator to the crankcase of the engine, whereas the reverse direction is being cut off. By means of the aforementioned structure, the problems of carbon deposits in engine and exhaust pollution due to an excess of oil along with blow-by in the fuel-air separator can thus be substantially improved.
Abstract:
A safety device for the throttle operation includes a shaft, a linking plate having an end connected and moving with the shaft and another end provided with an projecting bent wing, a pulling plate having one end formed with a shaft hole for combining with the shaft and located at a side of the bent wing and another end resting on an end surface of the bent wing and connected with a throttle line. The bent wing moves the throttle line to move the pulling plate for an angle for opening the throttle. The safety device further includes a contact switch for contacting the linking plate so an engine control system may be electrified by the contact switch to reduce its speed to a slow condition even if the throttle line is stuck immovable and unable to return to its original position after pulling open the throttle, keeping safe a vehicle.
Abstract:
A power-augmenting gear structure for an electric car includes a low-speed and power-augmenting transmitting route additionally installed in a gear case, with an output shaft of an electric motor extending in the gear case. The gear case has transmission gears forming conventional normal speed transmitting routes with normal speed reducing ratio for running on common flat roads, and a low-speed and power-augmenting transmitting route to be used in case of moving up an upward slope or coping with a condition needing a large torque. Then the electric motor may be reduced in its size, weight and cost, without necessity of enlarging it to have a large power.
