    摘要： Disclosed is a silver halide photographic photosensitive material comprising a support having thereon a layer which contains at least one dye represented by general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein, R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a sulfonic acid group, a carboxylic acid group or a CONHR, SO.sub.2 NHR, NHSO.sub.2 R, NHCOR or NHCONHR group (where R is an alkyl group, an aryl group or a heterocyclic group); R.sup.2 represents a group represented by SO.sub.2 R, COR or CONHR (where R has the same significance as before); R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a hydroxy group, an amino group or a halogen atom; R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are the same or different, and each represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, an acyl group or a sulfonyl group; R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 may be joined together to form a five or six membered ring; R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 may be joined with the adjacent R.sup.4 respectively to form five or six membered rings; n represents an integer of value 0 to 3; provided that there are at least three acidic substituent groups within the dye.

    摘要： There is provided a silver halide photographic material which comprises a support having thereon at least three kinds of silver halide light-sensitive emulsion layers differing from one another in color sensitivity, at least two kinds of which comprise silver halide emulsion grains sensitized spectrally with sensitizing dyes providing their respective spectral sensitivity maxima at wavelength of longer than about 570 nm, with the photographic material further containing at least one water-soluble dye which is selected from eight groups having specified structural formulae respectively and has an absorption maximum at wavelengths longer than about 570 nm, thereby acquiring an aptitude with scanning exposure using at least two kinds of light sources capable of emitting monochromatic high-intensity beams of wavelengths longer than 570 nm and ensuring high resolving power without attended by aggravation of color separation.
