摘要： An ink tube connecting method in a liquid injection recording apparatus provided with an ink jet recording head unit and an ink tank for storing therein liquid to be supplied to the ink jet recording head unit, and having an ink tube communicating the ink jet recording head unit with the ink tank and an ink tube for discharging the gas and/or liquid in the ink jet recording head unit, is characterized in that a plane formed in the connecting portion of one of the ink tubes while containing the ink tubes and a plane formed in the connecting portion of the other of the ink tubes while containing the ink tubes are arranged without perpendicularly intersecting each other, and the ink tubes are integrally arranged in parallelism to each other in at least a portion thereof. The liquid supply hole of the supporting member has an opening larger than that of the liquid supply port of the liquid ejection substrate. The support member has an inner wall portion including an edge line portion defined by the liquid supply hole on a side where the liquid ejection substrate is to be disposed. The inner wall portion is covered with the sealant.

The discharge head also includes a supporting member including an electric connection terminal portion formed on a first surface thereof and electrically connected to the electric connection terminal, a heat transfer terminal junction portion formed on the first surface and connected to the heat transfer terminal, a plurality of through-holes extending between the first surface and a second surface of the supporting member, a partition wall portion separating the through-holes from each other, and a heat transfer path connected to the heat transfer terminal junction portion. An interval between the through-holes increases according to a direction from the first surface to the second surface. A volume of the heat transfer path increases according to the increase of the interval.

摘要： An ink jet print head is provided which allows an ejection opening-formed surface to be cleaned well and can improve a precision with which ejected ink lands on a print medium. For this purpose, conductive layers of a conductive material are formed on the support substrate and planarized. The liquid ejection substrates are mounted on the support substrate with high precision, without a sealing agent, that protects electrical connecting portions on the liquid ejection substrates, protruding from the ejection opening-formed surface.
