    摘要: A sound field offset device having two channels, each of which includes a frequency selection filter for dividing a stereophonic input signal into two frequency bands by a given frequency falling within an audio frequency, at least one digital filter for performing sound field offsetting within a lower frequency band, and at least one loudspeaker assembly for a higher frequency band having a sharp directivity pattern and capable of defining an area to which acoustic power is emitted. This device allows a sound field to be offset in a cost effective and simple manner, by improving the frequency characteristic of a sound field space and by clarifying the sense of locality of acoustic images.

    摘要: A speaker has an edge member which includes a plurality of peripheral pieces and a plurality of connecting portions for connecting neighboring ones of the pieces. The neighboring ones of the pieces have cross-sectional shapes symmetric with respect to each other in an axial direction of the edge member. Each of the connecting portions has a cross-sectional shape that changes gradually and continuously. A diaphragm which is secured to an inner periphery or an outer periphery of the edge member, and a frame is secured to an outer periphery or an inner periphery of the edge member.

The second fixing part is positioned above the first fixing part, and at least one of the first fixing part and the second fixing part is disposed in an inner region which is a region located inward of the periphery of the diaphragm as seen from above.

A diaphragm (120) is disposed in the opening portion so as to cover the one main surface, except for corner regions (115a, 115b, 115c, and 115d) which are areas in the vicinity of respective vertices of a polygonal shape of the one main surface. A driving unit (130) causes the diaphragm to vibrate so as to generate a sound corresponding to a signal inputted from an outside. A plurality of movable supports (140a, 140b, 140c, and 140d) is disposed in the respective corner regions, for supporting the diaphragm by joining the housing and the diaphragm such that the diaphragm is vibratable.

    摘要: A speaker system according to the present invention comprises a cabinet (10), a speaker unit (11), a first parting board (12), a drone cone (13), an adsorption member (14), a second parting board (15), a backboard (16), a variable mechanism (17), and a port (18). A sound pressure generated by the speaker unit (11) causes a pressure variation in a second chamber (R12) via the drone cone (13). The adsorption member (14) with an effect of physical adsorption is operable to suppress the pressure variation. Furthermore, by displacing the diaphragm (171), the variable mechanism (17) is operable to reduce a pressure variation of a direct current component, which is caused by variations in ambient temperature or atmospheric pressure of the speaker system.
