    摘要: Provided is a pressure coupling connector which can decrease the number of components for coping with various electric wire diameters, prevent problems due to difference in product kind, and reduce the stock. The pressure coupling connector includes a wire holding block for holding electric wires and a contact block for holding a connection terminal to which the electric wire is coupled with pressure by inserting the wire holding block into the contact block. The connection terminal of the contact block includes a U-shaped blade rising toward an opening surface into which the wire holding block is inserted. The wire holding block includes a wire holding portion in which a holding hole for transmitting the electric wire from the rear side thereof and holding the electric wire is formed and a reception groove for receiving the U-shaped blade of the connection terminal. The U-shaped blade of the connection terminal includes a core pressing blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction and a wire holding blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction, sequentially from the inside in an electric wire insertion direction. Adapting to the outer shape of an electric wire, the electric wire can be held with a wire holding slit (upper step portion) 53a or a wire holding slit (lower step portion) 53b.

    摘要: A compact and simple constitution of a card connector, with which attaching and detaching works of a card can be performed easily, is provided. The connector 1 comprises: a body 2 having a recess 2a for a card 100; six contact springs projecting from a bottom face 3a of the recess 2a on which the IC card 100 is disposed, and elastically contacting with contact terminals 101 of the card 100; a stationary hooking portion 20 provided on a rear face side of the body 2; a movable hooking member 5 provided on a front face side of the body 2, and movable in a anteroposterior direction of the body 2; and a plate spring 18 for charging the movable hooking member 5 toward the rear face of the body 2, and wherein a tapered face 5b is formed on a rear face side of a hooking portion 5c so as to come closer to the rear face of the body 2 as approaching to the bottom face 3a of the recess 2a. A front end of the IC card 100 is held between the stationary hooking member 20 and the bottom face 3a of the recess 2a, and a rear end of the IC card 100 is held by means of the hooking portion 5c provided on the rear face side of the movable hooking member 5 and the bottom face 3a of the recess 2a.

    摘要: In a connector for memory card used in a mobile equipment, a locking mechanism of a memory card at a card lock position is integrally provided with a push-on/push-off mechanism constituted by a heart-shaped cam and a cam pin, so that the connector can be downsized. A heart-shaped cam groove unit is provided on a contact block fixed on a housing, and an end of a locking member is rotatably borne on a slider which can reciprocally be moved in an inside of the housing. The cam pin is provided on the other end of the locking member, and the cam pin is moved along the heart-shaped cam groove corresponding to reciprocal movement of the slider. Furthermore, a locking protrusion is provided on the locking member for protruding toward the memory card. The heart-shaped cam groove is formed in a manner so that not only the movement of the slider is locked but also the locking protrusion engages with a recess used to be locked provided on the memory card at a card lock position.

    摘要: In a connector for memory card used in a mobile equipment, a locking mechanism of a memory card at a card lock position is integrally provided with a push-on/push-off mechanism constituted by a hart-shaped cam and a cam pin, so that the connector can be downsized. A hart-shaped cam groove unit is provided on a contact block fixed on a housing, and an end of a locking member is rotatably borne on a slider which can reciprocally be moved in an inside of the housing. The cam pin is provided on the other end of the locking member, and the cam pin is moved along the hart-shaped cam groove corresponding to reciprocal movement of the slider.     摘要: In a connector for memory card, it is objected to stabilize contact of detection switch for detecting insertion of a memory card, and to prevent breakage of the memory card due to bounce-out when it is taken out. The detection switch is held on a contact block with contacts which are to be contacted with terminals of the memory card, and comprised of a fixed contact plate and a movable spring piece. A groove having substantially V-shape is formed on a contacting portion of the movable spring piece so as to contact with the fixed contact plate at two points. Furthermore, elastic protrusions that can fit to recessed portions for locking formed on the memory card just before the slider holding the memory card reaches to an initial position is formed on a top plate of the housing, so that the bounce-out of the memory card is prevented.

The first connection members connect between the substrate terminals arranged on a side of each housing which is near the opposite housing, and the second connection members connect between the substrate terminals arranged on a side far from the opposite housing.     摘要: An adaptor for using a mini-sized memory card in an appliance having a slot for a regular-sized memory card is provided. This adaptor is formed with a base and a cover made of a resin material, a plurality of electrically conductive members fixed to the base so as to electrically contact a plurality of I/O terminals of the memory card in the adapter, and a metal shell held between the base and the cover. A memory-card storage room is provided by a space surrounded by the metal shell and the base. By use of the metal shell, it is possible to improve rigidity of the adaptor, obtain a reliable compatibility, and prevent that the thin, mini-sized memory card is damaged.
