摘要： Provided is a pressure coupling connector which can decrease the number of components for coping with various electric wire diameters, prevent problems due to difference in product kind, and reduce the stock. The pressure coupling connector includes a wire holding block for holding electric wires and a contact block for holding a connection terminal to which the electric wire is coupled with pressure by inserting the wire holding block into the contact block. The connection terminal of the contact block includes a U-shaped blade rising toward an opening surface into which the wire holding block is inserted. The wire holding block includes a wire holding portion in which a holding hole for transmitting the electric wire from the rear side thereof and holding the electric wire is formed and a reception groove for receiving the U-shaped blade of the connection terminal. The U-shaped blade of the connection terminal includes a core pressing blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction and a wire holding blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction, sequentially from the inside in an electric wire insertion direction. Adapting to the outer shape of an electric wire, the electric wire can be held with a wire holding slit (upper step portion) 53a or a wire holding slit (lower step portion) 53b.

摘要： Provided is a pressure coupling connector which can decrease the number of components for coping with various electric wire diameters, prevent problems due to difference in product kind, and reduce the stock. The pressure coupling connector includes a wire holding block for holding electric wires and a contact block for holding a connection terminal to which the electric wire is coupled with pressure by inserting the wire holding block into the contact block. The connection terminal of the contact block includes a U-shaped blade rising toward an opening surface into which the wire holding block is inserted. The wire holding block includes a wire holding portion in which a holding hole for transmitting the electric wire from the rear side thereof and holding the electric wire is formed and a reception groove for receiving the U-shaped blade of the connection terminal. The U-shaped blade of the connection terminal includes a core pressing blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction and a wire holding blade having a step-shaped slit with two different widths in the vertical direction, sequentially from the inside in an electric wire insertion direction. Adapting to the outer shape of an electric wire, the electric wire can be held with a wire holding slit (upper step portion) 53a or a wire holding slit (lower step portion) 53b.

摘要： The acceleration applied to a selected device such as a magnetic disc drive system can be detected by the use of an acceleration detector having at least one piezoelectric acceleration sensor unit. The sensor unit includes a piezoelectric element, a supporting member for the piezoelectric element and two electrical leads. The piezoelectric element is formed with a pair of elongate sheets made of a piezoelectric ceramic and an intermediate insulation layer interposed between the elongate sheets to generate a voltage difference instantaneously therebetween in response to the acceleration of the acceleration detector. The support member is made of an electrically insulating resin, and has a concave which is formed with side and bottom walls and a top opening. The side wall is provided with a slit in which the piezoelectric element is tightly caught in such a manner as to divide the concave into two open-chambers and be supported by the support member in a cantilever fashion. The electrical leads extend into the concave to make electrical connections between the elongate sheets and the electrical leads. In the present invention, since the piezoelectric element can be attached accurately at a predetermined direction to the supporting member by forcing it into the slit, it is possible to stably supply the acceleration detector having excellent sensitivity to the acceleration without causing variations in detecting direction of the acceleration.

摘要： In a connector used for connecting a memory card to an apparatus which processes the data stored in the memory card, a cover shell and a base shell which configure a box-shaped housing are respectively formed by a metal thin plate for increasing the mechanical strength of the housing and for grounding the housing with ease so that the connector can be tough with respect to static electricity and external noise. Contacts, which are to be contacted with I/O contacts of a memory card, are integrally held on a contact base by insert molding so that contacting portions and soldering terminals of the contacts can be aligned parallel to and on the same level. A slider is configured to move forward and backward in the housing to correspond to the insertion and withdrawal of the memory card. The slider is pressed by pressing forces of a pair of coil springs so that the movement of the slider is smooth.
