摘要: X-ray camera of the present invention comprises an X-ray irradiation unit, an X-ray image sensor, a controller having a correction factor setting unit, a correction factor storage unit and a correctional operation unit, and a display unit. The X-ray image sensor in the above configuration comprises a sensor such as CCD, TFT, and the like having a scintillator on a surface thereof, and a substrate having the sensor mounted thereon. The correction factor setting unit obtains a value La/Ln by dividing a predetermined brightness reference value La set beforehand by a brightness value Ln of an arbitrary pixel “n”, and sets the obtained value as a correction factor for each pixel. The correction factor storage unit stores the correction factor set by the correction factor setting unit. The correctional operation unit obtains the correction factor from the correction factor storage unit, and performs a corrective operation.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an optical treatment apparatus having a light emitting surface which can properly carry out an optical treatment of the treating apparatus continuously while reducing a temperature of the light emitting surface. There is provided an optical treatment apparatus including surface irradiating means having a plurality of light emitting modules connected in series, and current supplying means for supplying a current to the surface irradiating means. The light emitting module has a light emitting device and an individual current control device which are connected to each other in parallel. The individual current control device is configured to have a greater resistance value than a load impedance of the light emitting device at a predetermined temperature or less and to have a smaller resistance value than the load impedance at a temperature exceeding the predetermined temperature.

摘要: Disclosed is a phototherapy device which can irradiate an affected part, which is to be irradiated with light, with light selectively and intensively and can prevent eyes to undergo the direct irradiation with intense light emitted from a light source. Specifically disclosed is a phototherapy device comprising: a light guide member which has a contact surface that contacts with an affected part and an opposed surface that faces the contact surface and which serves as a light guide path; and a first light source which can emit light having the main wavelength that depends on the wavelength range of infrared ray to the light guide path. In the phototherapy device, a material constituting the light guide member has a refractive index identical to or higher than the refractive index of a biological tissue.
