摘要: A network monitoring and controlling apparatus for monitoring and controlling a transmission network formed by a plurality of transmission apparatus includes: a path information storing unit for storing path information; a quality information periodic collection unit for periodically collecting quality information; a quality deterioration detecting unit for determining whether or not quality of the path is deteriorated; a path via point searching unit searching the path information storing unit and obtaining information on a path via points of the path deteriorated in quality; a path via point quality information collection unit for collecting quality information of channels corresponding to the path via points; and a quality deterioration point identifying unit for determining whether or not a deteriorated path via point is present.

摘要: The present invention relates a node device cross-connected to a STM transmission system and a maintenance and operation support device connected to the node device. The object of the present invention is to releasing a desired transmission section or link efficiently. Therefore, the node device according to the preset invention includes control section individually selecting a link provided to for a path in the communication devices accommodated into the local and remote stations; and cross-connection section providing a path through the selected link, wherein the control section selects an auxiliary link based on a system configuration when identifiers of all paths to be replaced by the substitute path are given.

摘要: A supervisory control system which can quickly and accurately transmit supervisory control information of a supervised apparatus is provided. This supervisory control apparatus includes a cache storage unit which caches response information to be sent as cache information to a supervisory control terminal, and a cache management unit which manages cumulated cache information. The cache management unit caches the response information of a supervised apparatus designated by a supervisory control request from the supervisory control terminal. When the response information corresponding to the supervisory control request from the supervisory control terminal exists as cache information in the cache storage unit, the cache management unit transmits the cache information to the supervisory control terminal. When the response information does not exist in the cache storage unit, the cache management unit issues a supervisory control instruction to obtain response information to the designated supervised apparatus, and transmits the newly obtained response information to the supervisory control terminal.
