摘要： A pet hair removal apparatus has a plurality of engagement members. One of the engagement members is a squeegee. There may be a plurality of squeegees. The squeegees can have either a straight bottom edge or serrations defining a plurality of teeth. When the squeegees have teeth along the bottom edge, the points on the teeth may either be aligned with an adjacent row of teeth or the points may be offset from the teeth in an adjacent row on an adjacent squeegee. The apparatus operates in a plurality of different operational engagement position in which different engagement members contact the surface to remove pet hair from the surface depending on which operational engagement position the apparatus is positioned.

When the scoop assembly is turned into a vertical orientation, the door opens by gravity or by the weight of gathered pet waste sliding onto the door. A region of the scoop member adjacent the door is angled to allow pet waste to slide readily from the scoop member into the receptacle.
