A weight integrates into the base end of the housing to prevent tipping over. A lid hingedly connects to a housing perimeter of the outer housing, pivotally moving between open and closed positions through a foot actuated hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism comprises a series of connected rods that pivotally articulate to move the lid. The lid is securely maintained in a closed position through a compression load stored in a compression spring, and a hook and catch that detachably couple. A rim inside the housing perimeter holds a replaceable bag inside the outer housing to directly receive animal waste. A plurality of fastening tabs are disposed around the perimeter of the rim to detachably fasten replaceable bag to the rim.

摘要： The present invention is a waste container and comprises a hollow base, a drawer assembly, drawer receiver, laterally-slidable drawer, tray, pivot mechanism, and air freshener actuator. The drawer assembly and drawer receiver provide a mechanical means to push in and pull out the laterally-slidable drawer. The laterally-slidable drawer contains the tray responsible unto which waste is deposited. The pivot mechanism positions the tray horizontally and vertically for receiving waste and disposing of it in the base. Because the drawer assembly is separated from the hollow base the user is provided with two separate compartments, one for inserting waste and one for storing it. Also, the nuisance of coming into contact with harmful odors and bacteria in the base is eliminated. Furthermore, the air freshener actuator releases an air freshener into the base to prevent unwanted odors from permeating through the container.

摘要： The present invention discloses an animal waste bag dispenser and disposal unit comprising a mounting bracket, a container for holding bags, having a bucket and lid, and a receptacle. The container and receptacle are attached to the mounting bracket by nuts and bolts which extend through apertures positioned along the length of the mounting bracket. Bands wrapping around the mounting bracket through a plurality of notches enable the bracket to be attached to a pole or tree. These bands allow the height of the unit to be adjusted to a convenient level along the pole. The front side of the bucket has an opening through which bags contained inside can be retrieved. The bucket is covered by a lid having a lip which extends downward from the lid over the bucket. The lid prevents the natural elements, namely rain and snow, from seeping into the bucket; thus, the bags contained within the container remain dry and clean. The receptacle has a hollow body and top and bottom caps, thereby enabling the receptacle to be emptied when full.

The sheet comprises paper or paperboard that is made grease resistant. The sheets may be stored in individual sheets or on an elongated sheet that may be folded and rolled for use with dispensing units.
In operation, a user grabs or tears off an individual sheet and then places the sheet over the dog excrement so that it is located generally about the sheet's center. The corners or top edges of the sheet may then be grasped and rotated in a direction opposite of the rotation of the central section so that a twist end is formed to retain the dog excrement within a sack. The sack may then be disposed of in a trash can or composter, wherein it will degrade in an environmental safe way.

Other embodiments include a reversibly collapsible main compartment for ease of transport and storage. In such embodiments, the main compartment can be fully collapsed for storage or fully or partially extended to contain waste bags.
