    摘要: Functional devices for inspecting disks are arranged around a turntable at equal spacings of angle 2n.pi./(n+m) in the order of the operations they perform. The turntable is rotated both in forward direction by angle 2n.pi./(n+m) and in reverse direction by angle 2m.pi./(n+m) such that the total angle of rotations in forward direction is equal to that of rotations in reverse direction when the necessary operations have completed without causing the turntable to rotate fully once.

    摘要: A disk chuck mechanism for chucking a disk in a stepped-down portion of a rotary chuck member and releasing the disk by vertically moving a chuck head coupled to an operating shaft is disclosed wherein a ring member having a cut in part is provided for its diameter to be enlarged opposite to the stepped-down portion of the rotary chuck member for chucking the disk and biased in the direction in which its diameter contracts. The chuck head is moved in the axial direction to utilize an inclined side face of the chuck head to enlarge the diameter of the ring member. With this arrangement, it is ensured that the disk is chucked in between the stepped-down portion of the rotary chuck member and the ring member with the one stroke movement of the chuck head.

    摘要: A mechanism for chucking a disk with a first and a second roller includes a base plate provided substantially at a right angle to a surface of the disk, and a first and a second rod that are spaced apart and which move along the base plate either toward or away from the disk. A first block is provided which, when the first rod advances or retracts, moves along the base plate and substantially parallel to the surface of the disk, and a first roller is mounted on the first block. A second block is provided which, when the second rod advances or retracts, moves either toward or away from the first roller and the disk, and a second roller is mounted on the second block. A roller position setting mechanism which is secured to the base plate is provided which allows the first rod to move either toward or away from the disk, thereby causing the first block to move along the base plate such that the first roller comes to a position associated with the size of the disk. A drive mechanism is provided for allowing the first and second rods to move either toward or away from the disk.
