    摘要: A back-mirror device for small-sized vehicles of the type that a back-mirror is mounted to an upper side portion of a fairing which covers a front portion of a vehicle body by the intermediary of an arm member projecting from the side portion. The arm member is provided with an opening which penetrates through the arm member in the direction of running of the vehicle, hence upon running of the vehicle, running wind blows through the opening from the forth to the rear, and thereby an air resistance is reduced. Among two arm portions separated to the above and the below by the opening, one arm portion is may be made to be able to avoid an external load by separation or bending in the event that an external load exceeding a predetermined amount is applied thereto, and the other arm portion could be provided with a flexible vibration-absorptive member.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polyvinyl acetal powder which is excellent in flowability during the coating process when it is applied to a powder coating material. This polyvinyl acetal powder enables to obtain a coating film having good impact resistance and uniformity of thickness (uniformity of coating film thickness). The present invention also provides a powder coating material using the polyvinyl acetal powder. Specifically, the present invention is a polyvinyl acetal powder having an average particle diameter of 10 to 150 μm, a maximum particle diameter of 250 μm or less, and a melt flow rate of 1 to 200 g/10 min. as measured in accordance with JIS K7210: 1999. The present invention also is a powder coating material containing this polyvinyl acetal powder.

    摘要: A small motor vehicle such as a motorcycle having a front fairing with the radiator, engine and the like positioned therein. A front fender is provided which includes a peripheral portion positioned about a portion of the front wheel and extending fore-and-aft between the struts of a front fork. The fender further includes side plates including narrow upper portions extending to just outwardly of the front fork and lower portions. The lower portions extend outwardly and rearwardly to lie in a streamline aligned with the lower sides of the vehicle fairing. Further edge portions extend downwardly from the peripheral portion of the fender rearwardly of the front fork so as to create an appropriate fender well.

    摘要: A fire tube boiler having a combustion chamber equipped with a burner, and a group of fire tubes provided adjacent to the combustion chamber. The fire tube boiler further includes a heat exchanger disposed in the combustion chamber and serving for heat exchange with combustion flame from the burner. The combustion chamber is divided into a first combustion chamber and a second combustion chamber by the disposition of the heat exchanger. Furthermore, the heat exchanger is disposed in proximity to the burner so that the combustion flame in the first chamber is less than 1500.degree. C. and the combustion flame in the second chamber is between 1100.degree. and 1400.degree. C. Thus, the fire tube boiler allows further reduction in harmful exhausts such as NOx and CO.
