摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping having high barrier properties, flexibility, and good extrusion processability. The thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping is composed of: a matrix containing a thermoplastic resin; and a domain containing a rubber dispersed in the matrix, and is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin has a melting point of 150° C. or higher, the rubber is a butyl-based rubber or an olefin-based rubber, the matrix contains a viscosity stabilizer, the thermoplastic resin composition contains a processing aid and at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenylenediamine-based anti-aging agent, a quinoline-based anti-aging agent, and a trihydric alcohol having a triazine skeleton, and at least a portion of the rubber is crosslinked.

摘要: A nonlimiting example method of forming highly spherical carbon nanomaterial-graft-polyamide (CNM-g-polyamide) polymer particles may comprising: mixing a mixture comprising: (a) carbon nanomaterial-graft-polyamide (CNM-g-polyamide), wherein the CNM-g-polyamide particles comprises: a polyamide grafted to a carbon nanomaterial, (b) a carrier fluid that is immiscible with the polyamide of the CNM-g-polyamide, optionally (c) a thermoplastic polymer not grafted to a CNM, and optionally (d) an emulsion stabilizer at a temperature greater than a melting point or softening temperature of the polyamide of the CNM-g-polyamide and the thermoplastic polymer, when included, and at a shear rate sufficiently high to disperse the CNM-g-polyamide in the carrier fluid; cooling the mixture to below the melting point or softening temperature to form CNM-g-polyamide particles; and separating the CNM-g-polyamide particles from the carrier fluid.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a hybrid dip cord, which includes: a step of preparing one nylon 6,6 yarn or nylon 6 yarn and one aramid yarn; a step of producing a primarily twisted yarn by applying a twist of 200 to 500 TPM by inputting one nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 yarn longer than the aramid yarn; a set of cabling the primarily twisted yarn as two to apply a twist of 200 to 500 TPM to thereby produce a raw cord; and a step of dipping the raw cord in an adhesive liquid and heat-treat the raw cord, in which the nylon 6,6 or nylon 6 is heat-shrunk so that the length of the nylon 6,6 or the nylon 6 becomes equal to the length of the aramid yarn.

摘要: A multilayer polymer sheet and a dental appliance are provided. The multilayer polymer sheet includes an A-layer polymer and a B-layer polymer. The A-layer polymer is polyamide (PA), including the following groups: (1) 36 mol % to 40 mol % of 4,4-methylenebis(2-methylcyclohexylamine); (2) 36 mol % to 40 mol % of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid, which is 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (IPA) and/or 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (TPA); and (3) 20 mol % to 28 mol % of an alicyclic or aliphatic amino acid or lactam. The B-layer polymer is located between two layers of the A-layer polymer. The B-layer polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer, and a copolyester.

A biaxially oriented polyamide film having at least one layer formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of poly(m-xylylene adipamide), wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.7 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.
