Abstract:
The present invention relates to a demounting device comprising a support member translatable along a movement axis (y-y), drive means for the support member, a tool-holder arm (3) borne by the support member (2), an abutment element (4) and a hook-like extraction member (5) both supported by the tool-holder arm (3), the abutment element (4) having a substantially flat work surface (4a), whereas the hook-like extraction member (5) is suitable for being moved in a substantially transverse direction with respect to the rotation axis (x-x) of a rim (W).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for dismounting a tired wheel having a wheel rim (W) and a tire (T) mounted on the wheel rim (W), comprising: a support member (2), a bill or lever-shaped dismounting tool (4) having one end (4a) thereof articulated to the support member (2), and the other work end (4b) thereof substantially hook-shaped, and holding means for holding the tool (4) in an engagement and extraction position, the holding means comprising an elastically loaded pin (7).
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a tool for supporting and locking a rim or tired wheel in position on a tire mounting-demounting machine for automobile wheels equipped with support table (2) with an axial hole or opening (2a), the tool comprising grip-release device (3) for a tired wheel (TW) or a rim (W) to be handled, and locking means for locking the grip-release device (3) to the support table (2) and/or for locking the rim (W) or tired wheel (TW) against components of the grip-release device (3).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for demounting a tire (T) from a rim (W), comprising: at least one support element (3, 5); an articulation pin element (9; 29) borne by the at least one support element (5); a spring shackle element (7; 70) having a first end (7a) and a second end (7b) articulated on the articulation pin (9; 29); a demounting lever (2); an actuator (4) borne by the at least one support element (3) and set to act on the demounting lever (2) in order to make the demounting lever (2) angularly move during use; and friction or elastic loading means designed to slow the angular movement of the spring shackle element (7, 70) around the articulation pin (9, 29) with respect to its angular movement around the first axis (x-x).
Abstract:
A device for automatic demounting of a tire from a rim having: a support arm (4); a demounting tool (10) articulated to the support arm (4); an attachment member (12) having one end articulated to the demounting tool (10) by a first articulation pin (13) and the other end thereof pivoted to the support arm (4) around a second articulation pin (14) extending substantially parallel to the first articulation pin (13); at least one extension appendage of the support arm (4) or a section (17) of the support arm (4), which extends beyond the second articulation pin (14); and at least one tie rod member (18) that is articulated on one side to the tool, and on the other side to the extension appendage or section (17) of the support arm (4).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bead breaker group for bead breaking a tire of a tired wheel equipped with rim with bead-engagement flanges, the bead breaker group comprising a support (2, 5) and at least one bead breaker tool (3) mounted for rotation around a pin (4) borne by the support (2, 5), the bead breaker tool being substantially flat and comprising: at least one portion configured as an abutment front (3b, 3d, 3f) against a flange of a rim of a tired wheel to be bead broken; and at least one portion having curved peripheral edge substantially coaxial with the pin (4) and intended to act as an engagement-penetration zone (3a, 3c, 3e) between the flange of a rim and the bead of a tire to be bead broken, the distance between the abutment front (3b, 3d, 3f) and the pin (4) being less than the distance between the pin (4) and the at least one engagement-penetration zone (3a, 3c, 3e).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a work head with bead breaker roller for a tire mounting-demounting machine, suitable for bead breaking of a tire (P) from the edge (B1) of a rim (C) of a tired wheel, the work head comprising: a head-holder support (10) fixable to a bead breaker arm of a tire mounting-demounting machine; at least one bracket member (6) pivoted at one end thereof to the head-holder support (10) around a pivoting axis (x-x); a bead breaker tool (2) supported at the other end of the at least one bracket member (6) and designed to engage a bead of a tire to be bead broken (P); a lever element (7), which is pivoted to the head-holder support (10) and bears a feeler pin arm portion (9) designed to control, in use, the lever element (7), whereby it is angularly moved between a work position, in which it thrusts against the bead breaker tool, and at least one rest position, it which it is angularly arranged at a distance from the bead breaker tool (2); and return means (10) designed to yieldably keep the lever element (7) in the work position.
