Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a tool for supporting and locking a rim or tired wheel in position on a tire mounting-demounting machine for automobile wheels equipped with support table (2) with an axial hole or opening (2a), the tool comprising grip-release device (3) for a tired wheel (TW) or a rim (W) to be handled, and locking means for locking the grip-release device (3) to the support table (2) and/or for locking the rim (W) or tired wheel (TW) against components of the grip-release device (3).
Abstract:
Method and apparatus for a device for connection to and support of a load wheel so that the load wheel can be easily and safely removed from a crane, and transported about as necessary to repair and/or replace the load wheel. The device includes left and right side-plates, left and right bases, left and right rear walls and along with left and right rear connectors which connect to an upper cross-T of a stanchion which is supported on a sliding rail mount which is attachable to the rail upon which the load wheel rolls. The device bolts directly to the bearing housing of the load wheel so that the axle of the load wheel can be carried on the left or right lower bases of the device. The device is then slidable along the rail upon which the load wheel of the overhead or gantry crane travels.
Abstract:
The invention relates to item mounting apparatuses, and particularly, to apparatus that may be secured to a ceiling surface for mounting an item to the ceiling. The apparatus has an upper support securable to a ceiling surface having an outwardly depending alignment member, and a hub having an item support structure with a through aperture and a securing mechanism for releasable securing of the hub to the alignment member. The hub is secured to the alignment member, when the alignment member is inserted through the through aperture of the hub, through use of the securing mechanism. The securing mechanism may have a shaft collar with a spring loaded release mechanism. In one embodiment, the item support structure has a wheel support assembly having means for engaging a wheel and an outwardly extending hollow shaft, the hollow shaft configured for insertion in a centerbore of the wheel and for guiding the hub along the alignment member when mounting the wheel to the ceiling.
Abstract:
A tire work stand comprises a frame for supporting the work stand on a ground surface and for attaching a set of components to the tire work stand. A plurality of rollers is attached to the frame to support a tire above the ground surface and to permit rotation of a tire during inspection of the tire. A ramp is configured to have a first ramp end capable of extending from the ground surface and a second ramp end extending to a position proximal to the frame. A bridge is configured to have a first bridge end extending from the second ramp end and a second bridge end extending to a position proximal to a surface of at least one of the rollers, wherein the bridge acts to inhibit rotation of the roller during loading of the tire and further permits rotation of the tire after the tire has been loaded on the tire work stand.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic wheel front burr removing device, including a station rotating motor, a station I manipulator, a station II manipulator, a station III manipulator, a station IV manipulator, a rim burr cutter head, a feeding slide plate I, guide posts I, cylinders I, a servo motor I, a feeding slide plate II, guide posts II, cylinders II, a servo motor II and a vision sensor. The station I is a wheel positioning and clamping station; the station II is a wheel rim burr removing station; the station III is a wheel cap section burr removing station; and the station IV is a wheel loosening and transferring station.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a vehicle wheel positioning device, constituted of a frame, a cylinder, a belt pulley, a servo motor, a shaft and others. The invention in use is able to achieve positioning function before a vehicle wheel finish turning automation processing, without switching programs for automation production of the wheel with different wheel widths and different offset distances.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a hub paint spraying traceless transfer method and equipment Aiming at the problem of paint film damage in the existing wet-film paint sprayed hub transfer process, the transfer method and equipment are used for transferring a wet-film hub between a spraying ground chain and an oven ground chain, and a clamping jaw of a robot clamps a tray in the transfer process to complete transfer of the wet-film hub, so that damage of the paint surface due to direct contact is avoided and the overall quality of the hub product is improved.
