    Abstract: A hydrostatic seal and rotor assembly includes a rotor having a rotor rotational direction about a rotor central axis, and a hydrostatic seal assembly including a seal support, a seal shoe configured for sealing between the seal shoe and the rotor, and one or more seal beams operably connecting the seal shoe to the seal support. The one or more seal beams are configured as spring elements integral with the seal shoe to allow radial movement of the seal shoe relative to the seal support. The seal shoe is circumferentially cantilevered from a fixed end to a free end opposite the fixed end. The fixed end is located circumferentially upstream of the free end relative to the rotor rotational direction.

    Abstract: A component retaining assembly includes a housing including a circumferential slot. A component is mated to the housing. The component includes a first face including at least two tabs. The at least two tabs extending at outward from the first face at least partially past a portion of the circumferential slot. A retaining ring is disposed within the circumferential slot and abuts the first face of the component. The at least two tabs overlap a portion of the retaining ring. A gas turbine engine and a method are also disclosed.

    Abstract: An anti-rotation assembly may include a first shaft, a second shaft, and a locking sprocket. The first shaft may have a first crenelated end rim, the second shaft may have a second crenelated end rim, and the locking sprocket may be configured to engage the first crenelated end rim and the second crenelated end rim to anti-rotatably couple the first shaft to the second shaft. That is, the locking sprocket may be configured to prevent relative rotation between the two shafts. The anti-rotation assembly may further include an axial retaining ring configured to axially retain the locking sprocket.
