摘要: A gas seal column apparatus includes a vertically-oriented column, a pump, an inlet pipe, a an outlet pipe, and a drive shaft driven by any type of motor. The pump and the gas seal column comprise a vertically-oriented pump system. The inlet pipe receives pressurized seal gas for introducing the seal gas into the pump system. The outlet pipe enables the seal gas to exit the pump system. The drive shaft is encased by the gas seal column between the pump drive motor and the pump to couple the pump drive motor to the pump.

摘要: The present invention relates to a blower, the blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: a lower case having a suction hole formed therein through which air is introduced; an upper case arranged on the upper side of the lower case and having a discharge hole formed therein through which air is discharged; and a fan arranged in the lower case and including a plurality of blades. Each of the plurality of blades includes a plurality of airfoils respectively extending along different camber lines from one another, and a leading edge of connecting the leading ends of the plurality of airfoils. Entrance angles formed by the respective camber lines of the plurality of airfoils and the rotation directions of the blades are different from one another. Thus, due to the curved shape of the leading edge and the design of a recessed notch, a flow separating from the leading edge is reduced, and thus, there is an advantage in that air volume performance is improved.

摘要: Compressor rotor structure and methodology for harmonizing compressor aerodynamics and rotordynamics are provided. Disclosed embodiments benefit from a compressor design effective for improving rotordynamics (e.g., stiffer rotor structure) without reducing a usable aerodynamics range of the compressor. This design may involve variation of the rotor structure along the rotor axis to locate respective surfaces defined by respective inlets of the one or more impellers at a varying distance relative to the rotor axis based on respective ratios selected for the configuration of the impeller bodies. This arrangement may be effective for improving rotordynamics while satisfactorily meeting the respective varying aerodynamics requirements at the various compression stages by the impeller bodies.

摘要: A centrifugal compressor includes: a drive shaft; a wheel gear; a driven shaft; a pinion gear disposed to be rotatable together with the driven shaft, and meshing with the wheel gear; an impeller rotating together with the driven shaft; a thrust collar restricting a displacement of the driven shaft in an axial direction by colliding with the wheel gear in the axial direction; and a plurality of bolts disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction and each extending in the axial direction to fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear. Each of the plurality of bolts fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear in a state where each of the plurality of bolts are inserted from a position opposite to the wheel gear with reference to the thrust collar in the axial direction.

摘要: An electric machine for a work vehicle including a housing, a stator assembly positioned inside the housing, and a rotor assembly rotatably connected to the housing via a bearing. The rotor assembly is positioned to form an air gap between the stator assembly and the rotor assembly. A front air dam is positioned at a first end of the housing and adjacent to the air gap. The front air dam includes an external barrier, an internal barrier, an opening in the internal barrier, and a passageway in the internal barrier. A fan is attached to the rotor assembly and positioned within the housing. The fan generates a first air flow towards the air gap and a second air flow through the passageway.

摘要: A motor controller for an electric motor for driving a blower to generate an airflow. The motor controller includes a processor and a drive circuit configured to regulate power supplied to the motor to turn the blower. The processor computes a system resistance for the blower based on a fixed set point for a first control parameter and a feedback parameter. The processor receives an airflow rate demand value and computes an operating set point for a second control parameter based on the system resistance and the airflow rate demand value. The processor controls the drive circuit based on the operating set point to supply electrical power to the electric motor and to operate the blower to generate the airflow.
