摘要： A method for compressing gaseous fuel is disclosed. The method includes, ingesting gaseous fuel into a chamber, ingesting air into the chamber and mixing the gaseous fuel with the air, igniting and partially combusting the resulting mixture of gaseous fuel and air in a confined space such that a predominant fraction of the gaseous fuel is not combusted, causing an increased temperature and therefore an increased pressure of the fraction of the gaseous fuel which is not combusted, and discharging the resulting compressed gaseous fuel. Moreover, a compressor is provided including a casing, a rotor with at least three vanes, an inlet for gaseous fuel, an outlet for gaseous fuel, an air inlet and an igniter. The rotor is placed in the casing such that at least three variable-volume chambers part-bounded by the vanes are formed during a rotor revolution.

摘要： A gas turbine combustor is provided, which comprises: a combustion chamber having an axial direction and a radial direction; air passages for feeding an air stream into the combustion chamber which are oriented such that the flowing direction for each air stream flowing into the combustion chamber includes an angle with the combustion chamber's radial direction so as to introduce a swirl in the in-flowing air and an angle of at least 60° with the combustion chamber's axial direction; and fuel injection openings which are located in the air passages. Each air passage defines a turning flow path with a turning between 70° and 150° in a radial direction of the combustion chamber and a turning between 0° and 235° in an axial direction of the combustion chamber.

摘要： A device for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of a gas turbine is provided, having a distribution section to which a first fuel channel, a second fuel channel and an injection channel are coupled. The first fuel channel and the second fuel channel are arranged such that a) fuel is transportable by one of the first fuel channel and the second fuel channel to the distribution section, and b) a first quantity of fuel is transportable by the other one of the first fuel channel and the second fuel channel out of the distribution section. The injection channel is arranged such that a second quantity of fuel is injectable from the distribution section into the combustion chamber. The device further comprises an end cap with a protrusion having the injection channel inside, and extending inside the inner tube.
