摘要: The invention pertains to a flange gasket that consists of a bottom plate and a peripheral collar integrally formed thereon and is arranged between opposing sealing surfaces, namely between a housing that is provided with a flange and a mounting plate. The invention proposes to at least sectionally form pockets on the peripheral collar in order to attach the flange gasket to the flange in a captive fashion. Sealing lips are provided in openings in the flange gasket and aligned with the through-openings of the flange and the mounting plate, wherein said sealing lips initially hold the fixing screws inserted therein and seal the through-openings against environmental influences when the screws are tightened.

摘要: In order to lock a housing that consists of at least two parts, particularly a plug connector housing, a locking system that functions similar to a toggle lever mechanism is provided. In this case, a locking plate is arranged within a shell-shaped sliding element to both sides of a first and a second housing half and movably held on bearing pins on the second housing half, wherein latches are provided on the first housing half and engage into window openings provided in the locking plate for this purpose when the sliding element is displaced into its locking position in order to hold together the two housing halves.

摘要: The invention proposes a locking device for a two-part connector housing. This locking device consists of two locking elements in connection with an actuating handle. The locking elements respectively consist of a one-piece wire element and feature on one end a part that is shaped in the form of an open eyelet and serves for encompassing a bearing pin of a first connector housing half. On the other end, they feature a part that is shaped in the form of an indentation and serves for producing a snap connection with a locking pin of the second connector housing half. Since the locking elements are manufactured of a flexible spring steel wire, they can be elastically bent such that they can be pushed over the bearing pins of an existing connector housing half and engaged at this location in order to allow the retrofitting of an already installed connector with a locking device with superior environmental resistance.

摘要: The invention proposes a latching device for at least two housing parts, in which a snap-on connection as well as a latching connection between the housing parts is produced by means of a correspondingly designed rotary knob/pushbutton function.To this end, an actuating button preferably is respectively arranged on two opposing sidewalls of an upper housing part, wherein said actuating button respectively acts upon a spring lever that is arranged on the inner wall of the upper housing part.During the assembly of the upper housing part and a lower housing part, a forced snap-on connection between the two housing parts is produced and can only be disengaged again by exerting pressure upon the actuating buttons on both sides.If the actuating buttons are turned by 90° when they are snapped together, the two housing halves are latched to one another by means of a correspondingly designed mechanism and initially cannot be separated from one another.The housing halves can only be unlatched by additionally turning the actuating button by 90°, wherein the two housing halves can subsequently be disengaged—i.e., separated from one another—by exerting pressure upon the actuating buttons.
