摘要： A radial press is provided with a base structure, a pressing tool accommodated therein and a drive unit. The pressing tool comprises a number of base jaws which are arranged about a press axis and can be moved by the drive unit towards or away from the press axis in a synchronous manner and radially in relation to said press axis, and substantially wedge-shaped press-jaw heads can be exchangeably attached to the base jaws. A plurality of press-jaw head sets is stored in an associated magazine, the press-jaw head sets being for different press diameters. The press-jaw heads have two markings on at least one axial end side directly adjacent to both wedge surfaces. In addition, the two respective opposing markings of two neighboring press-jaw heads are aligned with one another. Markings that are different from one another are provided for different press-jaw head sets.

摘要： A radial press is provided, the radial press having a frame structure, a pressing tool, a drive unit, and a press control. The pressing tool comprises a plurality of pressing elements which are disposed uniformly concentrically around a press axis and have pressing surfaces. During the appropriate activation of the drive unit, the pressing elements can be moved synchronously as required towards or away from the press axis. To this end, at least two measured value recorders, which are connected for signal transmission purposes to a comparator associated with the press control, are disposed on the pressing tool at positions spaced apart from one another in the direction of the press axis (A). When the comparative value, generated by the comparator, of the measured values provided by the measured value recorders exceeds a tolerance range stored in the press control, an activation of the signal output unit is triggered.

The second passage is configured in a stepped manner with a narrow primary portion arranged on one side of the first passage and a wide secondary portion arranged on the other side. The rivet braces the two strands of the cable against the inner wall of the first passage.

摘要： A housing of a radial press has a casing section and an annular end-face support disc. An annular structure is movably guided in the housing along a press axis, and multiple press jaws arranged about the press axis are supported on the support disc so as to be movably guided in the radial direction. The annular structure acts on the press jaws by means of control surfaces which are inclined relative to the press axis and which lie against press jaw counter surfaces designed in the form of sliding surfaces. The end face of the ring structure facing the support disc is designed with axial protrusions. Each control surface protrudes into the radial inner surface of one such protrusion, and the support disc has recesses which are paired with the protrusions and into which the protrusions enter when the radial press is closed.
