Abstract:
A line connector for a fluid, in particular a urea solution, including a connecting piece with an interior flow-through channel extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting piece. The connecting piece includes at each of its two ends a coupling section designed such that a flexible media line or a tubing or an aggregate can be connected to an aggregate connector. The flow-through channel is also provided with an electrical heating unit. In the region of the flow-through channel, between the connecting sections, an enclosed perimeter receiving housing is formed on the coupling piece, in which an optical sensor unit is disposed for measuring of properties of the fluid flowing in the flow-through channel. A ready-made media line, including a tubular or hose-like media line and a line connector connected on one or both sides to this media line is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A line connector with two mutually separate flow paths for the connection of a pipe-in-pipe line. The line connector has an inner connecting element for connecting to an inner pipe of the pipe-in-pipe line, an outer connecting element for connecting to an outer pipe of the pipe-in-pipe line, a first attachment element for attachment of the first line to the the inner pipe, and a second attachment element for attachment of the second line to the outer pipe. The inner connecting element and the first attachment element are integrally formed on a separate attachment part. The outer connecting element is integrally formed on a separate pipe adapter part. And, the second attachment element is integrally formed on a separate connecting sleeve. the connecting sleeve permits at both sides, in the unassembled state, being pushed over the outer pipe. The invention also relates to a line set including the line connector.
Abstract:
A plug-type connector for media lines having a coupling part into which a plug part can be inserted. The plug part can be retainingly engaged in the coupling part by a retaining clip that has at least two pairs of spring arms. The clip can be premounted on the coupling part by latching of the spring arms. The clip is U-shaped wherein legs of the U-shape form the two pairs of spring arms, which pairs are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction and are separated by a slot and are elastic in the radial and axial directions. The first pair of the spring arms interlockingly blocks the plug part against being pulling out of the coupling part, and the second pair of spring arms holds the retaining clip captively in the coupling part in pre-assembly and assembly positions.
Abstract:
A line connector for a fluid and a ready-made medial line including the line connector. The line connector includes a connecting piece with a flow-through channel in the interior thereof and extending in a longitudinal direction of the connecting piece. The connecting piece has at each of its two ends a coupling section that is designed such that a flexible media line or a tubing or an aggregate can be connected to an aggregate connector. The flow-through channel is provided with an electrical heating unit. In the region of the flow-through channel, between the connecting sections, a circumferential enclosed receiving housing is formed on the coupling piece and in which an optical sensor unit is disposed for measuring characteristics of the fluid flowing in the flow-through channel. The ready-made media line includes the line connector and a tubular media line connected on one or both ends thereof.
Abstract:
A line section for temperature-controlled guiding of a reductant for the exhaust gas post-treatment of an internal combustion engine, comprising a first line for guiding the reductant, a second line for guiding a temperature control agent, and a casing surrounding the first and second lines. The first and second lines are disposed extending adjacent to each other in the casing and guided in a coupling housing connected to the casing. Both the first and second lines are guided through the entire coupling housing while extending adjacent to each other.
Abstract:
A multi-line plug connector for connecting two heated fluid lines by way of a single connecting operation, including a female plug component which is connected with a male plug component. Each plug component includes a fluid connection and two electrical connections. Each plug component also includes an inner space in which a spectacle component is housed. The spectacle component has two guide channels for receiving electrical lines equipped with electrical contacts. The guide channels are connected with one another by a bridge that is fastened with a latching mechanism that secures the spectacle component against displacement along and/or obliquely to the coupling axis. The spectacle component receives a tubular fluid connector, connected with the spectacle component with form-fit and/or friction-fit, whereby the tubular fluid connector can be connected on one end to the heated fluid line and on the opposite end the fluid connector.
Abstract:
A multipart heatable media line including at least two sub-media lines, at least one heating element for heating the sub-media lines, at least one line connection device with connection sections for connecting to the sub-media lines, and at least one measuring device. The line connection device has at least one medium channel for conducting the medium through the line connection device from one connection section to the at least one other connection section, and the measuring device including at least one sensor element and is received in a line connection device receiving opening which is designed as a coupling portion. The measuring device includes at least one housing which is designed as a plug connector and which at least partly receives the at least one sensor element, and the at least one heating element of the at least one sub-media line extends in the region of the coupling portion for receiving the measuring device in order to heat the line connection device in the arrangement region of the measuring device.
